Between the United Regions Alliance and The West Pacific[/b][/size][hr]

[size=115][tab=20]We, the United Regions Alliance and The West Pacific execute this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to outline a partnership on World Assembly Affairs. Together, the partners will promote the United Regions Alliance’s mission to “improve the voice of UCRs and other less influential regions within the World Assembly and other gameplay spheres” and The West Pacific’s mission to “restore national sovereignty and advance the autonomy of individual players.”[/tab][/size] 

[size=115][tab=20]We intend to collaborate to advance the respective interests of each group within the World Assembly, develop cultural relations, and set the groundwork for future alliances to benefit their respective organizations.[/tab][/size] 

[size=115][tab=20]As a partner, the United Regions Alliance commits to work with The West Pacific leaders and citizens in writing resolutions that will mutually benefit both organizations, and will oppose any aggression against The West Pacific.[/tab][/size]

[size=115][tab=20]As a partner, The West Pacific commits to work with the United Regions Alliance leaders and citizens in writing resolutions that will mutually benefit both organizations, and to defend any URA member regions.[/tab][/size]

[size=115][tab=20]Additionally, both partners commit to maintain mutual on-site embassies, to support Security Council Resolutions authored by citizens of either partner and to advance each others’  influence in World Assembly bodies.[/tab][/size]

[size=115][tab=20]The partnership shall continue to be in effect until terminated by either partner. Both partners agree to abide by the terms of the partnership for two major updates after either partner sends a notice of termination. The partners shall endeavor to review this partnership approximately every four months to ensure it continues fulfilling its purposes.[/tab][/size]

[size=115][tab=20]We, the United Regions Alliance and The West Pacific execute this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to outline a partnership on cultural affairs. Together, the partners will seek to deepen engagement and understanding between their respective membership cultures.[/tab][/size]

[size=115][tab=20]As a partner, the United Regions Alliance commits to provide access to our Roleplay areas to any West Pacific resident that would like to participate.[/tab][/size]

[size=115][tab=20]Both partners commit to hosting two joint events per year for the purpose of further acquainting the communities, inclusive of festivals and game nights.[/tab][/size]

[size=115][tab=20]The partnership shall continue to be in effect until terminated by either partner.
