| Sisi arrives at the doors of the Turkish Presidential Complex front main hall, ceremonial guards aligned at both sides, with the other side with a band, first playing the Egyptian anthem at Sisi's arrival, later the Turkish anthem as Erdogan arrived from upstairs. The Both leaders shake their hands and proceed to walk down the hallway to the vast diplomatic room. They arrive at the room, with 2 chairs arranged for them. With the rest of the room suited in a living room like style. |

| Recep Tayyip Erdoğan |: Welcome to the Turkish Presidential Complex Sisi, I am glad you have accepted my request for this meeting. The Rising tensions concerns me and I'm sure it concerns you too, now we are all having arms races across Africa and the middle east.

Mesuvia wrote:| President Sisi | "Indeed, indeed. It was a lot simpler when the arms race was just between you and me..."

    | He would sigh.|

| President Sisi | "But as the situation changes, so must our policy."

Abessinienreich wrote:| President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan | "Very much simpler, my arms race is mostly against you, but ever since Saudi Arabia has been expanding its military and creating alliances, it has been a threat to an ally to the Turks, the Galla."

    | Erdogan looks at the view of the glimmering Ankara skyline from the window. |

| President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan | "I dont want to get to close in relations with you Sisi, but perhaps you are right, we might or might not have a bigger threat, but maybe we can cool down our heat a little, after all Galla has seemed to slide with you against Saudi Arabia. I remember creating the Arab-Turkic Muslim Alliance, between Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Military cooperation, intelligence sharing, armament developments, and the security of the Middle East region, with free Trade. I dont want to break this vital alliance, most of our military buildups are against Egypt, Mr Sisi, perhaps some against Saudi Arabia as Galla sees them as a threat. So in all I propose we lower down our tense, lets just keep it cold."

Mesuvia wrote:| President Sisi | "In all due respect Mr. Erdogan, I don't see why you are so keen on keeping an alliance with Saudi Arabia, and keen on having bad relations with me. The Persian Gulf Pact, is our main threat. Baghdad, Tehran, Riyadh, are all near you and on your border, and yet you are not concerned about it. In my view, an Egypto-Turkish alliance is the only way for us to keep dominance in the Middle East."

Abessinienreich wrote:| President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan | "Mr. Sisi, I'm trying to stay on both sides here, and Turkey is trying to reconnect relations with the middle east and Africa, I invited you here to cool down our tense relations, not to get Turkey get entangled into your 'domination' competition. I am aware that your domination struggle is dire but I don't want the Sultanate stuck into such things, the parliament and the Sultan agrees with me. I am not concerned about the Persian Gulf Pact, not at all. I am sure they would not dare to threaten the Sultanate."

Mesuvia wrote:| President Sisi | "Domination? I'm not trying to even pull you in, I am here to just become at least friendly. "

Abessinienreich wrote:| President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan | "Same here Mr. Sisi, we must cool our tense relations down a bit, perhaps a deal of somewhat but does not bring Turkey in too close to entanglement of the strained relations of the middle east and africa."

Mesuvia wrote:| President Sisi | "Fair enough Mr. Erdogan, we consider you one of the only if not the only neutral nation in the Middle East regarding this. So is there any proposals you would have regarding this?"

Abessinienreich wrote:| President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan | "Maybe a technology and science convention that includes education deals, and if the Galla agrees perhaps an anti piracy campaign."

Mesuvia wrote:| President Sisi | "That would be nice, and I think the Galla would be open to an anti piracy campaign. I propose that we could also contruct maybe a pipeline from Turkey to Egypt if that is ok with you."

Abessinienreich wrote:| President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan | "If matters go well Mr. Sisi, the Pipe line may be constructed, until then anything else you propose?"

Mesuvia wrote:| President Sisi | "You might consider this as taking too much, but I'm obligated to ask this anyway out of curiosity. Would you open to a military technology transfer deal?"

Abessinienreich wrote:| President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan | "That's a bit too early Mr. Sisi, if that's all I wish you a good day."

    | Sisi would shrug. |

| President Sisi | "Alright then I'll be heading back to Memphis. You too."
