Giuseppe Conte, officially assumes the office of President of the State of the Italian Community.

The 1st President of the Italian Community today went to Palazzo della Mole to be officially confirmed as Prime Minister. To welcome him, the band of Bersaglieri who played the Turin anthem and carried out the honor guard in front of the premier.
The Premier also took his wife by the hand and ignoring the protocol (which required the Prime Minister's wife to stay two steps behind the Prime Minister) walked side by side towards the entrance of Palazzo Della Mole.
The President then presented himself in front of the partisan tomb, the tomb in memory of the people who lost their lives to ensure that the nation became independent, and placed the medal of valor on the tomb.
The President was then welcomed by the staff who will follow him in the coming months to achieve the objectives set in the government agenda.
Being the first president, the ceremonial does not provide for any formal assignment of office, but the dean of the nation Aldo Trisulti has been summoned and officially handed over the ring of loyalty to the state, a ring that will then be delivered in the future to his successor.
The first lady then granted a press conference together with the premier to officially inaugurate the administration.
The President said during the conference "My position is formalized today, but this does not mean that I will pursue my commitment beyond next year, it is my specific goal to leave my office at the end of this year and allow the state and the people to choose their new prime minister. " she then continued "Mine is an interim post, a kind of temporary presidency that aims to stabilize the state."
The President then said that he will NOT stand in the next elections but that his political commitment will continue in the coming years, and it is not certain that in the future he will not reapply to the highest office of the state.
The Ceremonial then included a parade on a decapotted vintage car in which the President officially presented himself in front of his people. Few armed guards have been able to maintain order in the crowd.
Flags and bandanas in the colors of the state flew over the heads of the celebrating people.
The New Prime Minister officially took office after nearly 3 months of his unofficial inauguration.
