1. Levels of Threat
-ITO Standard Levelling of threats

Trusted (-100 to -51)
The nation or region is a trusted ally of the ITO.
Example: Laketovia

Beneficial (-50 to -10)
The nation or region in mind is actually an ally or beneficial.
Example: Brancaland

Neutral(-10 to 0)
The nation or region in mind is neutral, only posing a threat in certain occassions.
Example: Savoiia

Dormant(1 to 10)
The nation or region may pose a threat in the future but has no threat as of now.
Example: Alt Fascist Britain (Pre Quick War)

Minor(11 to 20)
The nation or region poses a minor threat in terms of a single nation.
Example: Return of USSR and China (Pre Cold War)

Major(21 to 30)
The nation or region poses a major threat in terms of a single nation.
Example: Northern Krivilus (Cold War)

Serious(31 to 50)
The nation or region poses a major threat to a region, or a deadly threat to a single nation.
Example: Leninius Stalingrad Pact (Cold War)

Grave (51 to 100)
The nation or region is a deadly threat to a region or group of regions, let alone one nation. The threat must be dealt with as soon as possible, whether neutralizing or containing the threat.

2. DEFCON Levels

DEFCON 5; Fragile Peace
-Little to no conflict ongoing. Normal military preparations. Business as usual

DEFCON 4; Rising Steam
-Small Cold Wars/ops around a continent or planet. Increased Alertness, especially of intel and air force.

DEFCON 3; Concerning Conflict
-Major War Ongoing. All Military branches ready for mobilization in 10 minutes.

DEFCON 2; Crisis at Hand
-Nuclear War Near. Emergency WMDs to be prepared to deter threats from using their own WMDs. All Forces ready for immediate mobilization.

DEFCON 1; Total War
-Nuclear War Imminent. Emergency WMDs on standby for retaliation. All Forces ready for immediate mobilization.

DEFCON 0/!; Nuclear Apocalypse (Mainly used by ITO)
-Nuclear War Ongoing. All Forces Mobilized. All Citizens Evacuated

3. Weapon-Equipment Classes
-The Initial Rankings are Five in order of quality and Technology, starting from S-Class and ending at D. However, overtime, additional classes were introduced.
S-Class: Superb Quality
A-Class: High Quality
B-Class: Average Quality
C-Class: Below-Average but Decent Quality, usually used to aid starter militaries and can be mass-produced by factories. Usually carried by civilians, law enforcement, and some frontline soldiers.
D-Class: Poor or Outdated Quality/Technology but Easy Mass-Production in using a basic factory. Mostly Used By Civilians, Ceremonial Purpose, or as a First Line/Last Resort or such (Examples: Springfield Rifle, Blunderbuss)
Mle-Class: Melee Weapons of any Quality, though can be denoted by the usual rankings (Examples: Lightsaber (Mle-A), Antique Bayonet (Mle-D))
