The Oneida Ministry of Cards better known as (OMCF) is the ministry that coordinates all collections of works of art, crafts and publications owned by Oneid.
The Ministry was established on January 7, 2021 by The Imperial Union of States of Oneid.

Description
Since its inception, the ministry has built several museums dedicated to specific works of art. This publication serves to explain the purpose of each museum and what is in them.
The list also includes museums built in various imperial states. Some collections have been distributed to several museums throughout the imperial states due to accessibility for visiting.
1:States of the Imperial Union Oneid(This collection consists of as many as 3 museums from three different imperial states. The purpose of this collection is to show all the imperial states in season 2. The collection consists of 120 cards in three museums.)
