The law of nations


All nations have certain inalienable rights conferred on them by the acquisition of the nation.
I. All states are sovereign and equal.
II. The people can govern themselves as they see fit without any interference from external sources or bodies.
III. A nation can treat its people as it sees fit, even though it means genocide.

IV. Every nation has the right to equip itself for defense or aggression.

V. Every nation has the right to declare war or sanctions on any other people who consider it a threat to him or his interests.

VI. Every nation has the right to trade taxes or tariffs.

VII. Every nation has the right to trade whoever it wants to trade with.

VIII. No nation has the right to force its ideology, government, religion or any other state.

IX. The people have the right to recognize or not to recognize another state.

X. Every nation has the right to enter into treaties and agreements with other nations as it sees fit.

XI. The authority of a state extends only to its territory and does not extend to the territory of other nations.

This list can be expanded if further rights of the nation are found.
