Population: 0 (extinct)
Homeland: spanning much of central and eastern Europe
Social system: Tribal confederacy
Faith: Rodinarstvo
The Psychotics (Esperanto: Psikozo) were a tribal entity, previously integrated into the Communal System prior to their disappearance. Though indigenous to eastern and central Europe, the tribe was forcibly remigrated by the Eurasian State and the Katastrophestaat into Anatolia and Caucasus as part of the colonial policy of the Palingenetic Project.

As of 2453, the Psychotics have been considered to be extinct. The reason behind the sudden disappearance of their communities is still speculated, with a number of proposed academic hypotheses. The last known surviving Psychotic tribesman, Askitili of Almoko, died on 14 July 2531 in Naturkomo.

Rather than a specific ethnic group, the Psychotics were composed of a confederacy of several smaller communities, united primarily by pan-Psychotic religious practices and socio-political rituals. Though not officially classified as Psychotics, many Swamp Gang remnants were considered members of the confederacy due to historic ties and brotherly relations between much of the leadership of both bodies.

Though a non-literate society, Psychotics possessed a complex oral tradition. Their integration into the Communal System following the Defence of the Southern Tribes during the Second Eurasian Desert Invasion allowed many of their stories and myths to be transcribed.
See: Section 433T of the Naturkomo International Library.

The traditional historical record of the Psychotics, based on oral stories, asserts the origins of the Psychotics to be a political alliance of 14 Outsider tribes in the early 22nd Century. However, improvements in archival research and conditional access to the Library of Neo-Alexandria has provided evidence of 16 original tribes; hypothesised as "Mnich" and "Proshkau" tribes, the existence of these remains debated.

Many members of the Psychotics were involved in the early Desertist movement, along with various other Free Outsider tribes. The now-disbanded Souetsvo Brigade was composed entirely of Psychotics tribespeople.
