Overview
This resolution aims to repeal the previous controversial Security Resolution#342 "Commend Northern Borland". The proposal is made by renowned author Noahs Second Country and bases its repeal on two main arguments, namely: First, that the stats mentioned in Northern Borland's commendation are either ones that are traditionally "bad" and are unsuitable for a Commend or are contradictory. Second, it criticizes the comedic and sarcastic nature of the previous SC resolution.

Recommendation
The high rankings in stats achieved by Northern Borland are indeed ones that are traditionally "bad" and are more befitting for a Condemn to appreciate their achievements in NS Stats, just as Kindjal was Commended for Stats that are traditionally "good". Northern Borland has also themself expressed opposition to their own Commendation which makes a Repeal more befitting - Link. This proposal also indeed has a point that SC#342's sarcastic tone is awkward for a Commend.

For these reasons, the Communist Bloc's Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends voting FOR the Security Council Resolution under vote Repeal "Commend Northern Borland"
