Military Unit Types and War Mechanic (WIP)

Ground attack Unit Types

Unit Type
Description
Buffs/Debuffs

Armed Rioters:

Armed Rioters are just civilians picking up anything they can find and attacking enemy forces with it. Armed Rioters face a giant debuff. They may not be trained and can only be generated by moderators and occupied territory. Armed Rioters may also not move into a different province, and may only remain in one province. If a nation has an enemy occupy one if it's province, then they may order a Armed Riot to happen, which can be initiated after a week. You can upgrade Armed Rioters but simply telling the moderators, which province you want the riot to start in, and how many weeks you want them to prepare. Each week adds 25,000 rioters. If a riot succeeds in defeating an armed force, the province will have 90% of it's forces become Militia, and 10% become Infantry. Supply and attrition do not apply to these units for 5 weeks but may be cancelled if there is a friendly province connecting it, or you were able to reconquer the neighboring province from your enemy. Players may only initiate rioters 1 province at a time.
