Opinion: Why Anarcho-Capitalism Incorporated should expand cryptocurrency usage

Written by Mario Gonzales

Bitcoin is the most recognizable cryptocurrency in the world. It has the media hype, quality un-traceability and high assumed value to become shorthand for cryptocurrency as a whole. I’d even say it’s the Coke of cryptocurrency.

It makes sense that Anarcho-Capitalism Incorporated would make it its national currency. With brand recognition and loyalty being deemed some the highest, if not the absolute highest, national virtues. Additionally, it makes the likelihood of finding trading partners who use cryptocurrency easier given bitcoin’s popularity.

However, I think it is quite limiting to all Business Associates’ freedom to stick to one form of acceptable currency. The demand for cryptocurrencies is there, and if there’s a market for it, people should be able to compete with no government interference.

There are so many reasons to favor expanding cryptocurrencies:

Cryptocurrencies are popular.

Think about it. Anarcho-capitalists, minarchists and right-leaning libertarians alike, all of whom reflect the current policy mood, love the security and anonymity associated with cryptocurrencies. Heck, even anarcho-communists love cryptocurrencies for the same reason. Also, the Millennials and Gen. Z kids love cryptocurrencies, and they are the target age demographics to market to these days with their levels of disposable income due to increased minor workers in the labor market and entitlement. There is an audience. Does it not make sense to entertain their desires?

Expanding cryptocurrencies allows for more transactions to be made.

Let’s face it: Not everyone is compelled by the power of brand bitcoin wields. There will always be the indie, alternative, hipster crowd who avoids what’s mainstream, and that’s okay.

Additionally, we cannot forget about our Business Associates who recently joined Anarcho-Capitalism Incorporated from other nations. In order to boost our population and international reputation, we need to be flexible to other brands of cryptocurrencies.

On an international scale, being flexible cryptocurrency-wise can create less of a barter system since we would have multiple cryptocurrencies as media of exchange. This can increase our odds for coincidence of wants in trades and exports, even though some nations think our promotion of using bitcoin is too improper or unprofessional.

Business Associates will be more motivated to create their own cryptocurrencies, increasing our economic activity.

Allowing more cryptocurrencies creates business opportunities for Anarcho-Capitalism Inc. My fellow Business Associates are true entrepreneurs at heart. Giving them more access to cryptocurrencies and the ability to make their own will follow through on the Board of Directors’ mission statement when founding this area of commerce. Perhaps a designer cryptocurrency made by one of our Business Associates will be an international smash hit.

Big market players already have ideas for their own cryptocurrencies.

Some of our prominent Business Associates already have ideas. For example, Mimi “Mimikins” Webb, founder of Mimikins’ Mansion Housekeeping Services, is hoping to pitch her own form of cryptocurrency called Rubees. Given the amount of bitcoin she’s made after leaving Bleck Industries, now called Blue Corp., she could entice many investors and generate a lot of revenue in our economy.

Although I, myself, cannot necessarily bring about the expansion of cryptocurrency in Anarcho-Capitalism Incorporated, I can provide insight into the public’s opinion on the issue. Hopefully, the Board of Directors will understand our wants and enact policy to reflect it.
