Programa de Embaixadores

A partir de 01/05/2020, a região Portugal passa a ter um programa oficial de embaixadores. A sua funcão é representar Portugal nas regiões com as quais este tem embaixadas ou laços diplomáticos, sendo que cada embaixador será atribuído a uma região, tendo em mente que devem salvaguardar a reputação e a imagem da sua região; e estreitar os laços entre Portugal e as regiões em questão.
Os embaixadores respondem diretamente ao Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros, sendo que o seu comportamento deve obedecer ao seguinte código de conduta:
1- um embaixador não deve danificar de qualquer forma a reputação de Portugal na região onde se inserem;
2- um embaixador não deve quebrar o código de conduta da região onde se insere, em adição a este;
3- um embaixador não deve antagonizar os nativos da região onde se insere, optando pela diplomacia;
4- um embaixador não deve danificar a relação entre Portugal e a região onde se insere;
5- caso surja algum imprevisto, um embaixador deve-se dirigir ao Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros ou, na ausência deste, ao Delegado WA para o tentar solucionar;
6- um embaixador não deve disseminar falsa informação sobre Portugal.

O cidadão ou habitante de Portugal que queira ser embaixador deverá comunicar o seu interesse ao Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros e, caso este o aprove, será nomeado embaixador numa região (possivelmente à sua escolha).

As of the date 01/05/2020, the region Portugal establishes an oficial program of ambassadors. Their function is to represent Portugal across the regions with which it shares embassies or diplomatic ties, being that each ambassador is assigned to a region, and assure the well being of Portugal's image and reputation; and straighten the relations between Portugal and it's allied regions.
The ambassadors answer directly to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and their behaviour must obbey the following code of conduct:
1- an ambassador must not, in any way, harm Portugal's reputation in the region they were assigned;
2- an ambassador must follow this code of conduct as well as the one belonging to the region he's assigned;
3- an ambassador must not antagonize the natives of the region assigned to him;
4- an ambassador must not, in any way, harm the relationship between Portugal and the region assigned to him;
5- in case there is any problem, an ambassador must report to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, or the WA Delegate in case the former isn't available, and wait for instructions on how to solve it;
6- an ambassador must not spread false information regarding Portugal;

Any citizen or inhabitant of Portugal that wants to be an ambassador must contact the Minister of Foreign Affairs and, if the latter aproves, he shall be appointed ambassador and assigned to a region.
