The First Laws

I. Any act of discrimination , degradation, disrespect, unironically, will be met with lawful action.
a. Remarks and abuse of said kind in the rmb or discord will be suppressed. Repeated actions of this nature against citizens or government officials, however, will result in banjection.
b. If a nation already has a questionable history, they will also be banjected.

II. Every citizen and government official has the right to participate in the democratic election of the House of Commons.
a. Elections including the citizenry only account for House of Commons seats.

III. Every nation is allowed if they wish, after accusation of illegal action, to stand trial before the High Court and Supreme Justice, and can be represented or represent themselves.
a. This does not include cases of citizens in violation of Law I.

IV. Any abuse of power from a government official, if proven in High Court, will result in suspension of office, and possible banjection from the region.
a. The only exception to this law when the Founder or Emperor is accused.
b. If the Emperor stands accused of abusing power, they will be removed from office and replaced by their Heir, but cannot be banjected, unless accused of another charge.

V. Speech, art, and literature against the government so long as it isn't in violation of Law I, is allowed.
a. Sexual or otherwise profusely vulgar imagery in art or literature is not permitted, with exceptions made by the High Court.

VI. The powers presented to the positions and branches of power are as follows...
a. The House of Commons has the power to enact or repeal laws of their making, elect members of the High Court, elect the Prime Minister, and vote to remove the Supreme Justice.
b. The Emperor has the power to remove the Prime Minister, assist the Prime Minister in leadership, and select an heir; The Heir is appointed on a permanent and irrevocable (or irreversible for reading purposes) basis.
c. The Provident Enforcer may direct their operations and authority as they please, as long as they don't violate the rule of law. If the Provident Enforcer accuses a citizen or government official of a significant offense, the matter will be taken to High Court, where they can act as the prosecution.
d. The Prime Minister has the power of representing the House of Commons in government meetings, and can propose legislation to the House of Commons.
e. The Supreme Justice has the power to suspend members of the High Court, who themselves have to power to act as jury/defendant & elect the Supreme Justice. The Supreme Justice can also direct legal cases, and be the deciding factor is resolving legal or constitutional crisis.
f. The Heir has the liberty of not have specific responsibilities while their waiting in line to become Emperor, and so can either display their character to the region as celebrity, or a more quiet individual.
