Neural Implants

Starting in the year 89 of the New Era, all adult citizens of Milain are implanted with a neural device. They are constantly upgraded, to a point where they are now required in order to use many devices in the Republic faster or from a distance. There are three categories of these devices, different only in the functions that they have.
The first category is available to all adult citizens of Milain, and they are sufficient to offer basic functions. The second category is that of the military, which additional functions are classified. The final category of neural implants is available only to highly ranked officials and people of national interest, and the additional functions are also classified.
These implants are produced by M-Science corp(MSC) and are under control of the government, which can also restrict some functions to certain individuals or turn their neural devices off completely. In order to grant access to additional functions however both the government and MSC have to authorize them.
