List of Small Arms for Export (WIP)

Various small arms for export by Hell, including but not limited to the following:

Assault Rifles

Beretta ARX-490A1

Chambered in: Link7.62x40mm Wilson Tactical
Magazine Capacity: 30
Action: Gas operated rotating bolt
Rate of Fire: 700rpm

An updated model of the ARX-490, Beretta's first attempt at the modern heavy caliber assault rifle. The parent weapon was a fairly intelligent design in Beretta's ARX line; having observed that most urban combat takes place at a range of less than 200 meters, and the rigors of urban warfare with house-to-house and street-to-street combat means that the new weapon design would not just require a heavy caliber round capable of breaking through state of the art combat armor and augmentations, but also be lightweight, portable, and maneuverable. The actual weapon is more of an assault carbine than an assault rifle, and was sometimes deployed in a role more similar to a submachine gun, but it is not a true SMG, being that it is chambered in a mid-power rifle cartridge, not a pistol cartridge.

Like the parent weapon, the ARX-490A1 is not capable of semiautomatic fire in factory condition; the fire selector only has safe, full auto, and three round burst. Though compact, the tight rifling of the barrel keeps the gun accurate at distances farther than most shooters expect, but the high recoil of fully automatic fire limits the actual effective range, unless firing in three round burst. The A1 model features several improvements to the overall weapon, such as ambidextrous carry capabilities, and light weight polymers for the barrel shroud. Unlike the parent weapon, the A1 not only accepts standard 30 round STANAG magazines, but also 60 and 100 round drums, as well as a 150 round aftermarket drum.

LinkFN FAL

Chambered in: Link7.62x51mm NATO
Magazine Capacity: 30
Action: Gas operated tilting breechlock
Rate of Fire: 700rpm

Sometimes called "the right arm of the Free World", the FAL was given new life in the 2090's as various nations were deciding what rifles should be adopted following the phasing out of the smaller intermediate cartridges. The FAL rifles again served humanity during the early resistance movements following many of the coups that began in late 2095. Now, the FN FAL is mass-produced without license by Hell for export to anti-totalitarian resistance movements, along with plentiful ammo. The rifle sees a lot of action fighting against the National Socialists, where this rifle is favored for using the same ammunition that the Nazis use. This year alone, no less than 2 million FN FAL rifles were produced by Hell, made for export purposes.

Battle Rifles

Seisma Type 200 UMR

Chambered in: Link12.7x99mm NATO
Magazine Capacity: 10
Action: Long-stroke gas piston
Rate of Fire: Semi-automatic

A workhorse of Hell for the past 200 years, the Seisma Type 200 was designed by the AI Horrdake Seisma. The design came about as Horrdake Seisma went over combat data, and noticed that much of the combat on Earth was taking place in trenches, and decided that a battle rifle would be needed for soldier. Working with some of the greatest minds in military history, the Seisma Type 200 was built around the .600 Overkill cartridge, to ensure effectiveness against armored targets. It is frequently fitted with a muzzle brake and occasionally with a telescopic scope.

The Seisma Type 200 UMR variant ("Universal Military Rifle") is a variant designed for export, chambered in the more common 12.7x99mm NATO cartridge.

Koroton Type 84 UVL

Chambered in: Z84 Capacitor
Charge Capacity: 30
Laser Type: LinkPulsed LinkCOIL
Optic: 12mm
Wattage: 50kW
Rate of Fire: Semi-automatic

Designed by the AI Akushimaru Koroton, the Type 84 UVL ("Universal Variable Laser") is a semi-automatic laser rifle built for general operations. The Type 84 works well in a variety of functions, from designated marksman roles to moderate anti-vehicle roles. The laser fires infrared rays, superheating the target medium. This is effective against vehicles (where it can damage metals through Linkthermal shock, especially if the same area is repeatedly shot), and against infantry targets (where it will cause the water in the target to rapidly expand, tearing the target open like a high-velocity rifle round.) The Koroton Type 84 UVL has been used to great effect in a number of battles, including the Eleventh Battle of Munich, the Twelfth Battle of Munich, the Fifth Battle of Innsbruck, the Sixth Battle of Innsbruck, the Thirteenth Battle of Munich, the Eleventh Battle of Stuttgart, the Tenth Battle of Ulm, the Fourteenth Battle of Munich, and the Twelfth Battle of Augsburg. 24 years ago, the Koroton Type 84 UVL has been replaced by a newer model, so the remaining stock of Koroton Type 84 UVLs have been put up for export sales.

Shotguns

Koroton Type 41

Chambered in: 12 Gauge
Magazine Capacity: 15
Action: API Blowback
Rate of Fire: 450rpm

Designed by the AI Akushimaru Koroton, the Type 41 is an automatic shotgun built using knowledge from the LinkUSAS-12 and LinkAA-12, but ultimately a different, unique design. The weapon has negligable recoil, using a specialized and carefully constructed action, like that in the AA-12, to nearly negate the recoil forces. The weapon can also chamber 30 and 50 round drum magazines, and a 75 round coffin magazine. A fire selector can choose between single, three round burst, and fully automatic. Numerous specialized ammunition types have been designed for use in this shotgun, including exploding flechettes and high velocity armor piercing slugs.
