The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)

The Collective Security Treaty Organization is an organization based around keeping the peace of Kerbin and all its member nations. The conditions of this pact are that ;

1: Any member not wishing to join a war does not have to,

2: The pact is to establish peace, and wars must be justified,

3: No member state can declare war on another member,

4: Any nation wishing to join my have any centrist or leftist government, and any right-wing governments must be reviewed by the Central Committee of the CSTO,

5: Under no circumstances is the CSTO to engage in terrorist acts or unjust wars.
