Responsibilities of Regional Officers in The Dawn of Unity

Leader:
"The Leader is an electable position. All Regional Officers, besides the Voice of the People and any Council member who does not have another role report to the Leader. They're the primary person who decides policy in The Dawn of Unity.

Before enacting any policy, they must first ask the Council for permission. So long as the Council either votes in favour or is split, they have the authority to enact whatever policy they wish so long as it conforms to Regional and site rules."
