Convinced that the ultimate and greatest threats to the multiverse are those who engage in unapologetic, pure evil, who cast long shadows over their spheres of influence with the threat of ceaseless bloodshed and iron-fisted authoritarianism, such as in the example of The Hewiwger Eisewnwepwubwic of Kampf Empire, whose shadow darkens the world of Valsora within The East Pacific,

Disturbed by the overwhelming might of the Kampfian state, which not only boasts perhaps the most effective military in Valsora, but also the most ruthless; as the Kampfian military is a well-oiled machine of death armed with nuclear force, chemical weapons, and a taste for cruelty, torture, and murder of noncombatants,

Mortified that the Empire was built on the slave trade, where West Usnistani, Austinian, and Sminishan persons were kidnapped and carted thousands of miles away from their home to work without pay in poor conditions; the spoils of this horrific atrocity built the Kampfian state’s wealth and the atrocious power and slavery was only abolished after Kampfia had reaped the benefits,

Revolted at the barbarism of the Kampfian state religion, Týrism, which promotes the worship of a war god in another starkly chilling reflection of the backwards Kampfian culture; under the tenets of Týrism, Kampfians are brainwashed into committing their lives to subservience and battle, resolute that they are cast into the dark, cold, and unforgiving realm of Hel if they do not follow the savage state cult,

Dismayed that the world of Valsora was irreversibly changed by the arrival of Kampf Empire, whose propensity for grand strategy and strictly directed military campaigns gave birth to a whole new world of violence in Valsora, modernizing warfare and sparking the inauguration of invasion and imperialism as the king and queen of Valsoran geopolitics for years to come, firmly and directly turning the world down a darker path,

Horrified at the unsettling success of Kampfia in acquiring other territories through intimidation and outright conquest, including:

1. its oppressive colonial presence in the Hohenzburg, which it has held under authoritarian rule for so long the names of the native peoples are lost to the sands of time;

2. its theft of Kampfia Nörd-Usnistan, which it extorted from The cult of the great cthulhu in exchange for coming to its defense after foreign invasion;

3. its illegal acquisition of Dören from Euricanis in a sham deal which forcibly bought the peninsula under threat of invasion;

4. its pinching of Süd-Asen for blind military advantage, destroying the historic Asendavian culture of which now lives on only in name; and

5. its direct annexation of Osterreich und Ungarn, a fellow culturally Araseotic nation to the north whose lands it aggressively took and whose people and democratic government it forced to relocate;

Frightened at the outburst of pure chaos and conflict which emerged from the total collapse of the Kampfian state in 2019, splintering the Empire into 16 warring factions, each of which secured the guns, funds, and support of foreign powers they would need to turn the country into an altar of suffering as brother fought brother, theocracy battled military dictatorship, and pirates pilfered defenseless cities in the south, until the state pulled itself back together and clawed to the top of the geopolitical food chain once more, ferocious as ever,

Enraged at the wicked ingenuity of the Austinian Massacre, wherein the heartless Kampfian forces marched into the metropolitan capital of Texaria during a one-day war, overwhelming the Texarian military, bringing down buildings full of people and capturing civilians as hostages; and, in a heinous and merciless display of monstrosity which national representatives still discuss in hushed tones on the Regional Message Board of TEP, the population of Austinia was slaughtered, imprisoned, or forced to flee by the Kampfian military,

Disgusted at the use of concentration camps in the Eastern Kampfian Union, created under Iron Chancellor Rumstern, who threw political dissidents, prisoners of war, and mere criminals into intensive labor camps where basic needs were ignored by the guards,

Alarmed by the nuclear tests of Kaiser Gemütlich, which involved occupying the islands of Blobon, populated by a unique sapient species which existed solely within their borders, as well as venturing out into the unclaimed deserts of Usnistan to test these illegal weapons of mass destruction,

Concerned for the safety of the international community, especially considering Kampf’s reputation for treating newly founded “fledgling” nations with contempt and intimidation, forcing them to bow to Kampfian rule and oftentimes invading the fledgling states for the blind, sadistic pleasure of war, and

Determined to stand against Kampf Empire’s brazen crimes against sovereignty, peace, and morality as well as its sick obsession with death,

Hereby condemns Kampf Empire.

The Security Council,

Praising the nations brave enough to form a community welcoming to all in the face of chaotic winds, willing to help fledgling nations find their community in a safe and friendly environment seldom found within the manyfold perils of the multiverse,

Reminiscing about the great sunlight that once shone brightly over the skies of the UEPU, before raider insurgents brought calamitous storm to their lands, casting darkness upon this once cheerful land,

Applauding the UEPU for its quick growth, becoming a thriving frontier for new nations in the short months that have followed since the dawn of Frontiers, with dozens of members all working together to create a region with a constitution, justice system, and program for World Assembly promotion in a timespan of less than a year,

Shaking our heads at the raider forces that have invaded the UEPU, seeking to destroy the peaceful community that the region houses, breaking down the code which those in the community had followed and introducing only their own brutal power as the source of authority there in a trouncing of the democratic values and adherence to sovereignty this council holds dear,

Saddened at the prospect of permanent invader subjugation of the UEPU, preventing anyone else from enjoying the beautiful blue skies and peaceful nights of those lands, against the legitimate region’s founding principles of welcoming all who choose to be there under a free and open system,

Determined to ensure that the lands of UEPU remain unfettered in access to all, and knowing that a Liberation will serve as the crucial first step in ensuring that there will be no prohibitions on entering the UEPU, and that the forces of the original government as well as those sworn to defend them may continue to fight back against the raider menace,

Asserting that hostile belligerents or invading forces should have no right to conquer the fledgling regions which grace the multiverse innocently and free from malevolence, and heeding the call to free those crushed under the boot of tyranny,

The Security Council,

Sensing that it once again falls upon this council to restore just government where it has fallen at the hands of international fellowship’s detractors,

Animated that the community of the UEPU, a vibrant paradise of welcoming nations, has banded together to create a stable, pacifist frontier in an age of tumult for those who might dare to stand as an exemplar of freedom and stability,

Thrilled that the UEPU has successfully implemented all the earmarks of a thriving government, including its own constitution, justice system, and WA programs, safely tucked away from the turbulent storms and terrible conflicts that rattle the multiverse day after day,

Brightened up by the UEPU’s flourishing state as a frontier for newer nations to reside in, providing ample opportunity to enjoy close ties to their region-mates free from undue hostility, stemming from its encouraging community and inviting atmosphere,

Certain that the UEPU deserves the chance to persevere as a group of tightly-knit nations working to provide a shelter from the storm for the world’s countries with all the grit needed to succeed without a Governor’s protection, free from the harm and hostility of raider forces that pick on their humble abodes for no reason other than amusement,

Wishing to provide protection for the noble residents of the UEPU by making sure that no assailant can transfer the Governorship into their hands, permanently locking away the region,

Emboldened that, with the passage of appropriate Security Council measures to ensure the UEPU’s longevity, this courageous group of nations can continue to prosper, set an example for all frontiers, and serve to say that, yes, there is hope,

This Security Council,

Knowing that the music of a nation is integral to the intrinsic cultural heritage of that nation, and that all nations hold the music which they have come to know and love as paramount to their cultural identity, for the world would be a drab, dreary, and colorless place if music did not abound in it,

Asserting that the stupendous nation of Kalosia has been a groundbreaking influence in sharing their well-crafted music with the world, enriching the lives of millions through song, dance, and the sacred art of putting on a good show, being heavily involved with the international music community since 2012,

Showcasing Kalosia's participation in the hallowed venues of the WorldVision Song Contest and World Hit Festival, in which Kalosian music has delighted, awed, and inspired the international audience, including:

• Kalosia’s first foray into the WorldVision Song Contest (WV) at the time when the now-famous competition was in its earlier years during the 21st edition, while Kalosia used the exonym of Mediterra, with a strong debut with Leona’s "Förajna", beginning a longstanding commitment to WV.

• Kalosia’s entry in World Hit Festival (WHF) 12, the very first time competing under the more fitting name of Kalosia with Anda Kaulhari’s Benšë ja Kañat, a song about the struggle to change and how it affects those around you, notable due to Anda's costume, a dress in the colors of the Kalosian flag, which juxtaposed the eccentric choreography with an ironic sense of formality, adding a degree of humor to the competition that cemented any reference to it as an inside joke within the festival.

• During WV 52, hosted in the beautiful city of Langtree, Mercedini, where Kalosia brought the girlband EVE to perform the song “Living”, a frustratingly catchy and compellingly poignant piece of pop music that sings about what it means to be alive and how remarkable the privilege of being alive is, a tune which would go on to claim a landslide victory in the competition and is widely regarded as one of the best songs Kalosia has brought to the table.

• The dazzling entry Kalosia had prepared for WV 42, where Lucia Edin performed the song “Goodbye to Yesterday”, a showstopping number composed with a full and live orchestra to compliment a melancholic piece about how to move on from the hurt one’s experiences and to put them in the past, filled with memorable moments practically made to be quoted for ages to come.

Acknowledging Kalosia’s times hosting WorldVision, such as their stellar performance in WV 50, where Ruslan Ǧamal opened with the insightful and humorous metacommentary on the nature of WorldVision “Who Will Get 12 Points?”, exploring the variety of music the competition has seen and all the potential winners, the perfect opening song to match the high-energy competition of that edition, with many battling for the honor of winning the 50th edition of WV,

Celebrating the fact that Kalosia also hosted the centennial edition of WV in the sparkling waterside city of Monterra, an honor that was not taken lightly by the Kalosian delegation to the contest, where Kalosia performed the song “Tonight Tonight” by Dafne Maržanu, a song that focused on the magical night that was the 100th WorldVision song contest, capturing the moments that made the competition so great in the first place,

Revering how Kalosia stepped up to become the Overseer of the WHF, a position that serves to administer the competition and make sure that it remains a fun, fair place for nations to showcase their unique musical culture, which Kalosia held from 2014-2017, implementing, among other things, the drafting room, which would allow contestants to have their songs reviewed thoroughly before presenting them, embodying the ethos of the overseer position and being often considered the greatest to have ever held the post,

Highlighting Kalosia’s trailblazing work in co-founding the International Broadcasting Association (IBA) alongside Achaean Republic, Britonisea, Malta Comino Gozo, Todlichebujoku and Natanya, which gathers countries that participate in song contests to promote high-quality television for all people to enjoy, an organization which holds vast cultural relevance to this day, networking a fragmented community of music aficionados into an international alliance for all types of broadcasting, and has only been able to do this by persistent and capable management by Kalosia,

Exalting Kalosia as a driving force behind the music world as a whole, showing unprecedented persistence in taking the simple idea of sharing a nation’s music with the whole world in a fun and entertaining format, and transforming it into a worldwide phenomenon that has built an international community around nothing but the joy of music,

Introducing the region of Serovski Mir 2022, whose nations and government have gained infamy for their problematic and toxic actions towards other nations, as well as their sympathy towards fascist viewpoints, which this most august body has already affirmed its stance against in resolutions such as SC#358,

Observing the events of January 17th, 2024, during which the region’s governor The Libertarian-Conservative of Federal Republic of Serov first attempted to force this world’s highest authorities into permanently annihilating them, and then subsequently locking the region behind an unknown and undecipherable barrier before departing this realm forever,

Appalled that the regional administration, rather than condemn their founder’s crimes, continues to exalt them as a ‘friend’, mourning the disappearance of the nation publicly,

Recognizing that the ceasing-to-exist of the founder state creates an opening for the international community to permanently destroy this hive of hate,

Believing that the passage of this resolution shall strike a death blow against the remaining regional government and its sympathizers,
