Noting that Arkana Coalition is a vibrant region that has been beset by a pack of pirates and wolves seeking to bring about its destruction,

Asserting this body’s commitment to upholding the sovereignty of all regions, especially those which cannot defend themselves,

Fearing that without Security Council intervention, the raider coalition could seize control of the region permanently, which would represent a major loss to the region’s natives – a future that has sadly played out in regions such as Eclipsis and The Mystical Council;

Wishing to ensure the continued safety of the Arkana Coalition in the wake of this attack,

Recognizing that this body has been granted the power to ensure peace and stability in the face of these vile forces and against any others that might dare upturn the balance that Arkana Coalition has strove for,

Herby liberates Arkana Coalition.
