Proposals
The following are proposals for WA resolutions. Any WA member nation with at least two endorsements can make a proposal, but it will only become a resolution (to be voted on by the entire WA) if it is approved by at least 6% of WA Regional Delegates.
As the WA currently has 881 Regional Delegates, a proposal needs 53 approvals to achieve quorum.

Repeal: “Liberate Eclipsis”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #501 “Liberate Eclipsis” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
IDENTIFYING 
Lunarvi as the original founder, and former WA Delegate, of Eclipsis;
DISMAYED that, despite SC#501's claims that a Liberation would help "stymie the ease with which raiders can permanently claim control over the region," the raiders of Eclipsis managed to refound and annihilate the region during the vote on it, therefore making it totally useless and in desperate need of repeal;
NOTING that Lunarvi has taken this fact in their stride, as they are now the founder and WA Delegate of Arborhaven, a new but rapidly-growing Frontier that is developing a community of its own; and
AFFIRMING the support of Lunarvi for this repeal:
HEREBY REPEALS SC#501 "Liberate Eclipsis."
