passions and idealism with calculation and ruthless pragmatism. |

Spencer Barsuk is the hotheaded Vice Chancellor of Terren. He is
famed for his incredible physical strength and boisterous sense of humor.
Spencer is a smash first ask questions later kind of guy, but he knows how
to inspire people and get things done. He is surprisingly down to earth and,
like Luka, enjoys hanging out among with the common soldiers' during campaign. |

Cold, calculating, manipulative and ruthless. These are the words generally
used to describe Wodan A. Godurov, Patriarch of House Godurov. But despite
his deceptive reputation he is incredibly knowledgeable and Luka relies heavily
on his broad expertise when legislating. Wodan is said to be a master of
beastromancy and controls a network of ravens who inform him of all that
occurs within Terren. |

Miyako Rin is the young Lord Chief of Transportation, who has recently
emerged onto the political scene. She had served as one of the handmaidens
of High Lord Daji, who noticed her skill and cunning and recommended her to
Emperor Luka when he was searching for a Lord Chief to run the newly created
Ministry of Transportation. Miyako Rin quickly made an impression on Luka who
swiftly appointed her to the position. Her skill and determination have allowed
the public transportation network of Terren to expand rapidly. |

| Bellius von Sinnlich Incubus |
Bellius von Sinnlich is the adopted son of Emperor Luka and Warmaster
of all Terren Forces. He is an extremely charismatic individual, one who has
little difficulty inspiring great loyalty among his men. He is a strong and
deceive figure in battle but a surprisingly shy and deferential man when at
court. Despite being adopted, the other Princeps seem to hold him in high regard. |

Gabriel Conrad von Garathros is a strong-willed, somewhat arrogant man
who, is at his heart, a protector. While Gabriel has an unfortunently human
centric view, his sense of honor and fair play, as well as his but surprisingly
brilliant reforms which helped bring prosperity to his subjects. He was so
successful that Emperor Luka himself placed von Garathros in charge of
the new Welfare Ministry, a task which seems to suit his talents perfectly. |

Soiman Mistblade is a mysterious figure, one who operates in the background
of most events. He holds the position of managing both the empires diplomatic
and spy networks together. Clever and precise, Soiman works hard from the
shadows to protect Terren's interests, and is one of Emperor Lukas' most
trusted agents. |

Lord High Inspector Shane Ledermann is a large imposing man armed with
both a grand sense of justice and a surprisingly goofy and amiable personality.
Shane is inquisitive, skeptical and analytical, extremely skilled at gathering
information and creating theories. When pressed he is also an incredibly skilled warrior, duel wielding pistols. |

Lord Chief of the Treasury Sebastian Thaw is a serious and honorable individual
tasked with managing the empires finances. As a dragon, Sebastian holds an
innate sense of monetary management, as well as a dogged determination to
protect wealth. Yet despite this Sebastian also holds honor in high regard and is
viewed as a paragon of Imperial virtue. |

| Mephistoroth Serpentine | The Representative of the Collages is a mysterious but powerful figure known only
as Mephistoroth. Mephistoroth is one of the most politically adept leaders
of Terren and has served as key advisor for Emperor Luka in a verity of roles.
Her most recent and arguably most important contribution to the empire has
been the creation of the Universitäten für Magie, the greatest magical education
centers in the Imperial Union of Order States. She has a passion for education
and has greatly expanded the public and private school systems throughout
the empire. |

The Lord Chief of Education Dr. Nindtorior Testia is a man whose name holds
immense weight in all Imperial circles. Nindtorior is a heroic and inspiring man
who advocates strongly for better living through science. He consistently seeks
to find new ways for the empire to advance into the future and belives that by
teaching children to embrace scientific inquiry the nation can ascend to even
loftier heights. His love of science is as vast as his distaste for magic, which
he views as a charlatanic perversion of an as of yet unknown scientific property.

Lord Chief Architect Lloyd Maulwurfsmensch is a brilliant, if excentric architect
whose revolutionary efforts to expand Terren infrastructure has greatly improved
the quality of life for all imperial citizens. Despite his brilliance, Lloyd is excentric
to the point of madness, and his manic habits tend to unnerve those around him.
He is also greedy and lazy often requiring others to whip him into shape. Jäger P.
Godurov is a close friend of his and has taken the role of keeping Lloyd in line. |

in the hearts and minds of the Terren People.

Dr. Promnestatesen views science as the end in and of itself. Although
she is an Angel she views her kin with general disdain, viewing them
as ignorant of the glories of true intellectual pursuit. Her mastery of
basically all scientific feilds and techniques means her knowledge is
deeply treasured by Emperor Luka. |

| Dr. Fritz Ludwig Slime | Dr. Fritz Ludwig is the Master of Medicine within Terren and one of the
most brilliant medical minds in recorded history. His contributions to
both the scientific understanding of the body as well as the magical
field of Pharmamancy have changed the face of Imperial medicine forever.
But he is a highly morally ambiguous figure and his medical treatments
are often range from unorthodox to downright insane. Dr. Ludwig has
pledged to advance the field of medicine as much as possible, no matter
the cost.

her necromantic studies. Despite her grim eccentricity she is well liked
among the scientific council.

| Sir. Edmund Maria Blackwell Karibdi | Chief Biologist Sir. Edmund Maria Blackwell is a both an intellectual titan and
a leader of his people. His human form has the appearance of an old man
but Edmund is still an extremely jovial and engaged man, choosing to spend
much of his time out in the wilds exploring and examining wild fauna rather
then in a laboratory. He is often found writing extensive notes about the
creatures around him and he can frequently be heard muttering random ideas
to himself. |

| Dr. Janis Slavian Serpentine | Chief Archaeologist Dr. Janis Slavian is a unique man in many ways. He is
ridiculous and over the top, but he frequently attempts to present himself
as mysterious and deep. This facade quickly crumbles when he starts
talking about his field of expertise, and his true excitability is revealed.
He adores speaking about all the different societies of the past, not just
within Terren but also its colonies. Of all the scientists, Dr Slavian is the
most well-traveled.

| Conager Briggs Human | Chief Engineer Conager Briggs is a soft spoken, introspective, yet
undeniably brilliant man. Unlike the rest of the eccentric Science
council, Mr. Briggs prefers to keep his head down doing his work
quickly and efficiently. He frequently works with the Chief Architect
Lloyd Maulwurfsmensch on a variety of projects. Despite his quite
and calm demeanor, he should not be underestimated, and when
pushed he can wield a terrifying array of mechanical nightmares to
protect himself.

| Franziska von Heinrich Verführerin | Cunning, ruthless, brilliant, unstoppable. These are just some of the
words used to describe the fearsome Empress of Terren, Franziska
von Heinrich. Franziska has eyes and ears everywhere within the
empire, and is always working on some scheme or another. She and
Luka are married, but their marriage is one of politics rather than
affection. Luka and Franziska do not trust each other, but they make
a very effective team when they work together. |

| Typhon von Heinrich Human | Prince Typhon von Heinrich, also known as the "Prince of Princes"
is Emperor Luka's oldest child, and has become one of the most
likely contenders for becoming the next emperor. He has a serious
personality and views becoming his father's successor as a grave
burden and glorious honor, which he must work hard to be worthy
of. He is frequently teased by his younger siblings for his serious
attitude, but Typhon presses on nevertheless with his preparation
as the unofficial "Crown Prince". |

| Alice von Heinrich Human | Princess Alice von Heinrich also known as "The Ajudicator"
is the emperors second oldest child and the twin sister of
Prince Typhon. Unlike her serious and determined twin, Alice is a
lighthearted prankster with a bit of a rebellious streak. She is also
a complete daddy's girl and is almost always near Emperor Luka.
She and Typhon often argue with Typhon trying to get her to
behave more like a princess, and Alice telling him to lighten up and
enjoy life rather then obsessing over being the perfect prince. |

| Samuel von Heinrich Angel | Samuel von Heinrich is also known as “The High Templar” and is
the other serious contender for heir of the empire. He is extremely
popular both with the politicians and with the common people. But
his most solid base of support is the Eliadic Cult. Although he
does desire the throne he has made it clear that he views Typhon as
a worthy heir and would have no problem should he rise to power.
Despite this he still very much enjoys the race to the throne, and he
and Typhon frequently banter about who would make for the better
emperor. |

| Cerus von Heinrich Harpy | Princess Cerus von Heinrich is a lighthearted and mellow individual
who enjoys drinking, partying and flying through the skies at extreme
speeds. She has a famously crass and crude sense of humor, and an
attitude which frequently gets her into trouble paired with a smile which
frequently gets her out. Despite her relaxed nature she is a skilled warrior
in the skies and has earned the title “The Baroness of the Red Skies” for her
immense skill in aerial combat. |

children, known by friend and foe alike as The Mountain Queen. She is
a notoriously stubborn individual who loves the thrill of battle, standing

beloved by the troops as someone who fights hard and parties even harder
and the Mountain Queens binge drinking competitions are the stuff of
legends. |

diverse children of Luka. He is known as The Prince of Liberation, and
is a man who views pleasure, hedonism and personal freedom as the
ultimate form of life itself. His attitude is not uncommonly held by most
Verführerin, but what separates his ideals is the egalitarian way
he applies this belief. In Felix's eyes pleasure should be shared among all,
and those who are lazy in their indulgences or harm others for pleasure
are perverting the true form of hedonism. |

| Bratus von Heinrich Plantae | Prince Bratus von Heinrich “The Ironbark” is a brutish naturalist who
has fully bought into the ideology of the Iron Leaves Legion, believing
that the best way for nature to evolve and survive is via the power of
technology. He has a distasteful attitude towards those he considered
to be “weak” and is one of the least popular of the Princeps. He has
an interesting effect on the area around him, for wherever he goes,
Bratus’ mere presence causes great amounts of plant growth to occur
across the land he travels across. This ability is frequently used to aid
farmers crops, much to Bratus’ annoyance |

| Jonathan von Heinrich Serpintine | Prince Jonathan von Heinrich is a serpentine champion. He is an expert
swordsman who loves dueling and knightly tournaments of skill. He is
a massive showoff with an extremely arrogant and haughty attitude, but
due to his immense skill he has yet to truly be humbled. Despite this
he is chivalric in nature and views it as his duty to protect the weak and
fair. He has a particularly close relationship with the Elector Prince
Manlest Halten, and when the two swordsmen clash in a duel, the ground
itself shakes.

| Rieka von Heinrich Beastmen | Princess Rieka von Heinrich also known as the The Beast of Heaven is a
legendary warrior and berserker who spends most of her time up north
fighting against raiders from the Exiled Fjord. In court she appears to be
a brash but kind girl and few catch on to her true nature. To the people
of the North she is something far worse. She has truly become a terror
to the raiders of the Exiled Fjord, as she stalks through the snow, hunting
them and growing their fear before emerging in a whirlwind of axes, teeth
and fury. |

| Nobunaga von Heinrich Fay | Prince Nobunaga von Heinrich “the Fairy Kahn” is a free spirited and
powerful prince who is an extremely skilled artist and poet. He prefers
to spend his time in the mountains writing and painting, but when his father
calls on him he is equally willing to serve as the imperial vanguard, the
metaphorical lightning before the thunder that is the rest of the Imperial
Reichsheer. He is extremely introverted, but when he does arrive on the field
of battle or court, he is extremely clever and witty and gets along extremely
well with his siblings. |

| Robert von Heinrich Karibdi | Prince Robert von Heinrich is an oddity among his siblings. Unlike his
militaristic and combat oriented siblings he is a bureaucrat through and
through. While his siblings are off campaigning and fighting, Robert is studying
and planning, working with the great officers of state to plan out the future of
the state. This has led to his siblings frequently teasing him for his lack of combat
experience. This lack of experience should not be taken for weakness however
as he is still a child of Luka and Robert can hold his own when necessary. His
ability to warp his body into horrific forms and even consume his enemies has
earned him the title of "The Devourer"

| Volker von Heinrich Human | Prince Volker von Heinrich is a hotheaded and impulsive man whose frequent
outbursts have earned him the nickname “The Flaming Tyrant”. Although he
can be a bit overbearing and erratic he has a strong sense of justice and adores
the common people. He fights hard to protect the average citizens of Terren and
views it as his moral responsibility. He also is a skilled metallurgist who loves
touring the imperial foundries and forges, seeking to improve their efficiency.

| Markovich von Heinrich Vampire | Prince Markovich von Heinrich “The Blood Prince” is a brilliant scholar and sorcerer
whose Necromantic abilities are second only to Prof. Nechrome herself. He has been
infected with Vampirism, and as such must feed on the living. Inorder to prevent
a tragedy from occurring Markovich keeps specially trained pharamancers around
him which he can feed on temporarily before allowing them to heal themselves.
Like his brother Volker he has a strong sense of justice and will only ever drain the
worst of the worst to death. |

| James von Heinrich Insectoid | Prince James von Heinrich also known as “The Broodlord” an arrogant and somewhat
sadistic man, one who believes that he is the mightiest of all the Princeps. He is
extremely popular with the insectoids but is detested by basically everyone else. He is
loyal to his father to an extreme degree, but Luka himself dislikes James’ ruthless
brutality, and has spent a long time attempting to slowly soften James’ heart and
show him the error of his ways, with mixed results so far. |

| Tokion von Heinrich Slime | Tokion von Heinrich is the Drowning Prince, and master of the Seas. He loves sailing
and adventuring over the water. Thanks to his incorporeal form Tokion is able to
easily travel over vast distances in the ocean with ease. Yet his wanderlust is not the
only defining feature of his. He is cunning and manipulative and loves weaving intricate
plots between his siblings, and other important figures in Terren. Generally this is done
for pranks and his amusement, although Luka has been attempting to direct his sons
strange habit away from his allies and towards his enemies. |

| Kazuya Kaltan Human | The position of Elector Prince of Zentral Ostrov is the most prestidous
electoral seat, and thus Kazuya Kaltan is the most influential member
of the Elector Princes. Mr. Kaltan is sharp witted and clever, and his
council has always been highly valued by the emperor. He is a skilled
marksman and frequently engages in pistol duels with his contemporaries. |

| Hakkinen Sumindiea Human | Hakkinen Sumindiea is the youngest of the Elector Princes, and is still
relatively naive. He is famed for his kindness and generosity, but he is
also an extremely skilled martial artist. He is famed for his ability to
quickly learn the techniques of his opponents and turn their skills
against them. This has lead to a verity of jokes that his kindness is a
mask for an insane and limitless bloodlust, much to the embarrassment
of the easily flustered Prince. |

| Manlest Halten Human | The Elector Prince of Achtemactide Manlest Halten is an incredible
paragon of chivalry. He holds on to the traditional laws of chivalry
and gallantry, believing firmly that the old ways are best. Manlest
is also an extremely skilled swordsman who has only ever lost a
duel to Emperor Luka himself, and Manlest maintains he only lost
due to Luka's magical blade being better than his own weapon. |

| Lavrenti Paras Human | As the Elector Prince of Valheaven Lavrenti Paras is a paragon of
faith and purity. He is devoted to the Eliadic Gods of Terren like few
others and is one of the most outspoken of the theocrats in Terren.
which is funny because in private he is a quiet and soft-spoken man.
Lavrenti fights hard against corruption within the church and is
constantly working with the Pontifex Maximus and Profanus Magistrix
to ensure the Eliadic Cult remains pure. |

| Noitta Cursword Human | Noitta Cursword is the charismatic and handsome Elector Prince of
Gehinnom who is famed for his flirtatious and provocative attitude.
Most who meet him come away blushing, but feeling as though he
is a merely a playboy in political power. But this is a dangerous
assessment. Underneath his playboy facade, Noitta Cursword is a
skilled politician and warrior who works tirelessly to make the empire
better and stronger and who is not to be underestimated. |

| Lartzin Norn Human | The Elector Prince of Karibdimar is Lartzin Norn, a devilish rouge
and wonder lusted hero. Lartzin Norn very rarely attends to his
political duties, instead preferring to adventure across the empire,
appearing out of the blue to fight along side its armies, get drunk,
and vanish into the blue. Many of his comrades have attempted to
get him to take his responsibilities more seriously but he simply
dismisses them, saying that when the empire needs him he will
be there. |

| Septimus Acervus Angel | Septimus Acervus is the Grand Overlord of Terren, master of the High Lords
and a powerful sorcerer trained by High Lord Vilna Matra herself. His father
Silas Acervus was the Grand Overlord before him but was tragically
assassinated by unknown forces. Since then Septimus has proven himself to
be a competent and well-liked figure, maintaining order among the large egos
of the High Lords. He holds a deep and personal bond with the other house
heads of the Hoftag, even swearing a blood oath with them. Septimus is also
a hopeless romantic.

| Peter von Eliad Human | Peter von Eliad is both the Pontifex Maximus of the Eliadic Cult and King of
Ealindaes and as such is one of the most important figures in all of Terren.
He is a kindly man and extremely devout, but make no mistake he is still a
ruthless and effective politician. He knows how to use religion to inspire but
also to control. He is a true believer in both his faith and the empires cause,
and he is always working to improve the lives of the people, in particular
creating a great welfare system to care for the poor and destitute. |

| Anika von Kruken Human | Anika von Kruken is the Profanus Magistrix of the Eliadic Cult. While Peter
von Eliad is a man of Eliadis, Anika is faithful to Elisfizz. She is a cold and
sinister woman, yet she is a true daughter of the empire, and takes great
pride in welding her vast dark power in service to her countrymen. Though
she holds the title of High Lord, she is not a queen of any nation, yet her
power and influence as the voice of Elisfizz means her authority is rarely
challenged. |

| Darius von Halten Human | Darius von Halten is the Supreme Patriarch of the Elemental Orthodoxy and
King of Haltengeld, and like Peter von Eliad, he is an incredibly powerful
figure. He loves listening to stories of all who come into his court and is
always seeking to learn more about the world around him viewing it as an
extension of the glory of his goddesses. Darius is also ambitious to a fault
always attempting to improve the power of the Orthodoxy within the Terren. |

| Eden Acervus Angel | The Archangel of Valheaven Eden Acervus is a fanatic of Terren and an
angel who must constantly be negotiated with. Her extremist faith has led
to a verity of political standoffs which have had to be constantly managed
by cooler heads. Her faith is sincere however and when her more fringe
opinions and ideas are talked down she is a competent administrator, and
is very popular with the angels of Valheaven . |

| Phoenix Dzhaggernaut Human | The King of Sabafia is Phoenix Dzhaggernaut, a legendary warrior king,
and a proud, determined, and fiercely loyal leader of men with a strong
sense of honor and duty. He can sometimes be criticized for being overly
aggressive and his hot headed nature has led him into trouble on more
then a few occasions. But this has not tarnished his glorious reputation
and many within Terren view him as the pinnacle of what it means to be a
warrior king. |

| Amphradosia Nostra Human | The Queen of Nostra is Amphradosia Nostra, one of the most respected
leaders within Terren. During the formation of Terren the position of
Grand Overlord was originally offered to Queen Amphradosia but she
tactfully declined, demonstrating her brilliant political acumen by
nominating the extremely popular noble Silas Acervus, who was likely
to win anyway, therefor transferring her followers to him and creating
great stability within the young nation. She is one of Luka's closest
allies and advisors. |

| Victoria Nagas Vampire | The Queen of Hazarika is Victoria Nagas, a woman who exemplifies
what it means to be a vampire to a tee. She is haughty, arrogant,
egotistical, and occasionally downright tyrannical. She believes firmly
in the importance of bloodlines and the purity of the nobility. Despite
her overbearing attitude she does subscribe to chiliastic ideas of
protection and views it as her responsibility to protect the commoners
of her dominion. |

| Alrauna Treekin Plantae | Alaruna is the Queen of the Forests and a kind ruler who leads with
patience and kindness. While not ruling her people Alaruna can often
be found tending to her garden mighty Babylonian gardens which she
carefully cultivates. Queen Alaruna has spent a good amount of time
attempting to overcome the ideology pushed by the Iron Leaves Legion
as she believes that nature should not be interfered with, putting her at
odds with her peoples Legion. |

| Tatianna Serasiaa Fay | Tatianna Serasiaa is Queen of the Fay in title only. Her people tend to be
extremely childish and independent on their own and instead of managing
her people Tatianna seems to encourage their playfulness, and she herself
is a prankster who almost constantly spends her time playing tricks on
her subjects and the other High Lords. However when times are dire
Tatianna can be counted on to rally her people to the imperial cause, but
only when absolutely necessary. |
Shogun of the Beastmen |
| Daji Beastmen | Daji is the Shogun of the Beastmen and a mysterious individual. Rumors
abound as to her origin, some claiming she is a refugee from one of the far
eastern Kingdoms, others claim she is the mother of all beastmen, while,
others believe she is an evil spirt who has taken physical form. Whatever the
truth is, two things are certain, Daji is incredibly old, and incredibly powerful
and Emperor Luka appears to be the only one who can keep control of this
wily and manipulative fox. |
High Fleshcrafter of the Karibdi |
| Meeresgöttin Sullivan Karibdi | Meeresgöttin Sullivan is the High Fleshcrafter of the Karibdi and overlord of the Terren
Seas. She is a very effective ruler, and her mere presence is said to calm the waters
around her. The Karibdi are an inquisitee and curious people and Meeresgöttin embodies
this in full. She is a masterful biologist and scientist famed for creating mighty sea
creatures and then determining what traits are most effective within them. She then
adds their unique skills to her own and to her people. She is beloved by her people but
feared by most others. |

proven herself to be the perfect leader of the Demons, understanding the
delicate balance between freedom and order which must be struck to keep
her people both happy and loyal to the empire. |

| Jenna Leviathan Serpentine | The Queen of the Serpents is a hot headed and prideful individual, whose
diminutive stature has led to her developing a fierce and defiant personality.
When the High Lords meet, Jennas voice is often one of the loudest, and
her militaristic expansionism is so great that even other High Lords are often
put off by her ruthlessness and desire for conquest. |

| Lutrenda Bloodin Harpy | Lutrenda Bloodin is the Queen of the Harpies and a relatively odd member of
House Bloodin. The majority of her family members are famed warriors, but
Lutrenda is more of a pacifist, preferring to lead her people in infrastructure
and agricultural projects rather than into battle. Her kindly nature and
popular projects have thus far made her extremely popular not only with the
harpies, but with most people within Terren, although the rest of her family
still looks at her with suspicion. |
Queen of the Insectoids |
| Königin Spinne Insectoid | The Insectoids are a generally cruel and sadistic race and their Queen Königin
Spinne is no different. She is extremely popular with the war-like Arachnids
but her love of battle and her hard-handed tactics of ruling her people often
alienates even other members of the Insectoid tribe. She is disliked by the
other High Lords for her tyranny and ruthlessness but she is tolerated
due to her fanatical loyalty to the empire. It is rumored that she is in love
with Emperor Luka and is angleing herself to become Empress, but the
truth is uncertain. |
Queen of the Slimes | | Cassandra Slimina Slime | Cassandra Slimina is the lighthearted and friendly queen of the Slimes.
Like most of her kind, Cassandra is extremely amiable and friendly to
those she meets, and is one of the most popular High Lords in Terren.
But unlike her fellows she is not lazy in anyway. Queen Cassandra
is normally on the forefront of the Empires environmental legislation
pushing the rest of the Hoftag hard to adopt ecofriendly positions. |

lower classes can rise to prominence within Terren. Altmann was born

with Septimus Acerverus, and it would be Septimus' endorsement
which allowed Altmann to secure his position in the Bundesrat. Clever and
diplomatic Altmann has worked hard to keep the Bundesrat as organized
and effective as possible. |

| Sir. Elias R. Godurov Human | Sir. Elias R. Godurov is one of the most influential members not just
of the Bundesrat but of the entire Hoftag. Elias is a brilliant politician and
a cunning strategist whose abilities are highly treasured by the emperor
himself. Elias is often at the forefront of internal negotioations and has
served as the mediator for several noble houses during their disputes.
His skill and influence are immense and he harbors ambitions to become
the Chairman of the Bundesrat. |

| Jack Pixon von Halten Human | Jack Pixon von Halten is the young berater of Haltengeld. He is a relatively
skilled politician and a decent legislator however he has faced large
amounts of backlash from the people of Haltengeld as when he was a young
man he did something anathema to their culture, fleeing the field of battle.
Since then he has become one of the few beraters to actively engage on the
battlefield seeking to atone for his past mistake. |

| Gazet Stroganoff Human | Gazet Stroganoff is the berater of Sabafia who gained his position through
his incredible feats on the battlefield. Ever since he was a young man he has
been on the forefront of battle and served as the leader of Luka's Imperial
Guard for many years. His move into politics was unheard of, but his will had
remained his own, even when soul bound to Luka, and he has thus far proved
himself to be a competent and organized legislator. |

| Metallherr Nostra Human | Metalherr Nostra Is the berater of Nostra and a relatively unobtrusive man.
He is the type of man who works in the background, quietly getting things
done and ensuring that the Empire continues to run efficiently. However there
is one skill he has which sets him apart from all others. He has perfect memorial
recall and is able to accurately recall any bit of information he has ever learned.
This skill has made him one of the most valuable bureaucrats within the entire

| Klein Nagas Vampire | Klein Nagas is the berater of Hazarika and a disturbing figure to look upon. Klein
Nagas was a powerful political figure in Hazarika long long before the mists ever
came and he was resurrected personally by the arch-chancellor to continue his
service. Client has since developed a reputation for being a bit erratic and socially
awkward but he has proven himself to be an extremely talented legislator.

| Hilde Darkedo Angel | Hilde Darkedo is the berater of Valheaven famed for both her brilliance and
her extremely erratic temper. Berater Darkedo has been the prime force responsible
for some of the most distinguishing features of Terren, including the sole-binding of
the legionnaires, and the introduction of conscription. She is brilliant and ruthless but
when things don’t go her way she has a tendency to freak out. |

| Climb Treekin Plantae | Climb Treekin is the berater of the forests and the youngest member of the Bundesrat by
a significant margin. He was a captain of a Wendrogian Vine Fighters Realm Korp,
Who earned fame for his absurdly daring plans and incredible military success during
the colonization of Bogonotona. He was elected into the Reichsbundesrat to fill the thus
far vacant seat of berater of the Forest. He is filled with youthful exuberance and is an
extremely hyperactive man, and his ideas often need to be tempered by the more mature members of the Bundesrat. |

| Jäger P. Godurov Human | Jäger P. Godurov is the youngest son of Woden A. Godurov. He is famously
handsome and charismatic and his ability to charm anyone he meets is legendary.
He’s also an oddity among his family, as instead of focusing on politics like his father
and older brother he instead focuses on the way of the sword becoming an expert
swordsman and a very powerful combatant. His position within the Bundesrat is almost
entirely his father‘s doing. He is close friends with chief architect Lloyd and serves
as a moral counterbalance to Lloyd’s more questionable vices. |

| James Vargr Beastmen | James Vargr is the old and but boisterous berater of the beastmen. He’s loud, rowdy
and larger than life, and when he speaks he often peppers his speech with insults and
swears, and can be very sarcastic. He loves drinking and partying and is frequently
seen inebriated. Despite this he is a loyal and steadfast man who has served as a moral
anchor for the Bundesrat ever since its founding. |

| Zenobia Sullivan Karibdi | Zenobia Sullivan is the spaced out and relaxed berater of the Karibdi. She is a decent
politician and a fairly competent legislator but she is also extremely clumsy laid-back
and has generally left much of actual legislation in the hands of her fellows within the
Bundesrat. She gave her position things to her immense power in combat however as
although she is lazy and relaxed in court she is a completely different beast when in the
sea, and many pirates have learned to fear the name Zenobia |

| Traumfrau Esserin Verführerin | Traumfrau Norn is a powerful Verführerin with an extremely laidback personality, yet this
facade is a mere mask to hide the true power of the woman beneath it. One should never
ever underestimate her. She is friendly and amiable, yet she holds a surprising amount of
ambition, ambition which she often covers up with her general mischievousness and
relaxed demeanor. She is often the most powerful person in the room and knows it, and
uses this unspoken power to her advantage. Although she is a member of the Bundesrat
currently it is her ultimate desire to become one of the Elector Princes of Terren. |

| Dalinda Leviathan Serpentine | Dalinda Leviathan is a retired admiral from the Imperial Navy who has stepped into the
position of berater for the serpents. She is a hotheaded and militaristic individual who
frequently advocates on behalf of the Navy in the Bundesrat. To her the only thing that matters
is ensuring that Terren's naval power is the greatest in the entire world. Although she has
long since retired from the Navy she still occasionally shows up to terrorize new recruits. |

| Zafrina Bloodin Harpy | Zafrina Bloodin is the fearsome and powerful berater of the harpies. Unlike the peaceful and
diplomatic queen of the Harpies, Zafrina is far more militaristic and warlike, and she is one of
the warrior beraters, who actually engage in combat instead of simply legislating. She is
extremely popular with the Warhawks and Blackwings, although her civilian comrades do not
view her quite as favorably. But this matters little to her, for as long as she can continue fighting, she cares little for her position. |

| Kriegskäfer Insectoid | Kriegskäfer is the berater of the Insectoids. He is unique among his comrades for he values
honor and righteousness in all individuals, not just his countrymen. This has made him
extremely valuable to the Insectoids as a people for he can grease the cogs of diplomacy
between them and the other races more easily than any other. His honorable reputation has
also made him a lot of powerful friends among the Serpentines who tend to have a negative
outlook on Insectoids. |

She has immense skill in magic, an unusual trade for a slime, and is very outspoken in her

tad maniacal often laughing to herself or speaking in sing a song riddles which greatly on nerve
her compatriots on the Bundesrat. But it is generally tolerated for her skill in environmental

making some question his fitness to serve in government. Yet thanks
to his cleverness, and his witty and insightful ideas, he has gained quite
a reputation among not his fellow representatives as a decent, if
unorthodox representative. He’s also one of the most famous
polygamists within Terren having taken 4 different wives. |

| Lilita Samael Verführerin | Lilita Samael is the representative of Haltengeld, and a woman whose
appearance gives off an aura of seriousness and stoic pragmatism.
This cannot be further from the truth. She is in fact a deeply hopeless
romantic who spends much of her time fantasizing about various
ridiculous scenarios. Her creativity has made her a prolific writer, and
her romantic comedies are some of the best selling books in Terren.
However she is also a zealous advocate for the people of Haltengeld and
she is widely adored. |

| Leo Dzhaggernaut Human | Leo Dzhaggernaut is both the Representative of Sabafia and its crown
prince, the oldest living child of king Phoenix. He is a brash and impetuous
youth Who holds aspirations not only to become overseer of the diet but
to become emperor himself. Despite his rugged and frankly British
appearance he is extremely politically savvy and spends a lot of his time
studying politics and the art of ruling from both his father and the emperor
himself. He believes in the importance of protecting the people as a leader
and as such has made an excellent representative for the people of Sabafia. |

| Gomanas Nostra Human | The Representative of Nostra is a man named Gomanas Nostra. He’s an
extremely laid-back man and lazy as pie really giving his input on most
political issues and generally staying in the background. However he is a
serviceable representative for the people of nostra and will occasionally
rouse himself from his near permanent stupor to give a scathing piece of
his mind to any who propose legislation he views as ridiculous or
dangerous. However underneath his laziness lies a truly dangerous man
who builds the ability to reshape anything he touches into anything else,
the perfect form of alchemy. This power makes him one of the most
dangerous members of the Bundestag and few would dare mess with him. |

| Div-e Sepid Semka Demon | The Representative of Hazarika is Div-e Sepid Semka, a demon who has
lived since the time of the ancient Menshloyer Tyrants. He has a fearsome
appearance and a personality to match but he does genuinely care about
the people around him and in particular those he considers too weak to
defend themselves. Unlike most demons he has a very serious and
determined outlook on life and views other demons hedonism and
selfishness with destain.

| Haibalidecha Tzara Human | Haibalidecha Tzara is the Representative of Valheaven. Like the land
she represents Haibalidecha frequently presents a cold and impetuous
demeaner. However underneath her icy demeanor and disinterested
arrogance, she’s actually quite sensitive, and has a deep and personal
with connection with a select few individuals and a large menagerie of
pets, whom she is known to spoil rotten. The cold personality she
presents to the world is merely a defense mechanism to hide how she
truly feels. |

| Balam Behemoth Plantae | The Representative of the Waldvolk is a powerful man named Balam
Behemoth. Balam is a powerful individual who has an extremely unique
and extremely valuable ability. He is able to with 100% accuracy
determine when someone is telling him a lie. Disability has come in
extreme handy not just for him but for emperor Luka who uses him as
a sort of living lie detector. The only drawback to disability is the fact
that Balam himself cannot also tell a lie, not even by omission, and the
square is a special mask which completely mutes him unless he explicitly
desires to be heard. |

| Ualak Serasiaa Fay | The Representative of the Elfenstamm Ualak Serasiaa is truly a paragon
of her kind. This of course means that she is an incredibly devious and
sneaky prankster who delights in causing mischief and mayhem among
both her friends and enemies alike. She has a childish personality which
often conceals the true cunning that she possesses, and all members of
the Bundestag have learned to be wary of her whenever she speaks.
Despite this however she is an excellent representative as she not only
represents her people's interests and beliefs to a tee but she also helps
keep the atmosphere light and reminds everyone to not take themselves
too seriously. |

| Amerati Akashi Beastmen | Amerati Akashi is the influential Representative of the Tiermenschen.
She a brilliant politician, debating on the Bundestag floor by day, and
working on a verity of schemes by night. Her influence over the realms
of Terren is vast, and it is said that nothing happens in Terren without
her knowledge. Her machinations are interwoven and complex, yet
she is a firm believer in justice and close ally to the Lord High Inspector.
One of her primary goals in life is to further secure the safety and
longevity of the citizenry, often by expanding the power of the IPK,
especially the Quaestor Order.

| Sergei Sullivan Karibdi | Sergei Sullivan is the Representative of the Meeresmenschen. He is a
goofy and lighthearted man who enjoys a long winded story and a good
pun but it’s also an extremely apt and perceptive politician who knows
how to work well with others and create compromises that everyone can
live with. Many members of the Bundestag view him as a grandfather
figure of sorts and he is greatly beloved by his fellow Karibdi. Unlike most
Karibdi, Sergei is almost always within his human form as he believes it is
the truest representation of who he is. |

| Asmodi Samael Incubus | Asmodi Samael is the relatively reluctant Representative of the
Sukkubusreich. Despite being a demon himself he has been raised in
Haltengeld for most of his life and views the majority of his kindred as
self-centered and hedonistic fools, however the same cannot be said for
the rest of his people how view him with extreme amounts of reverence
and basically begged him to take the position of representative. This
immense Loyalty and respect stems from the time when Asmodi personally
stepped in to prevent a famine within the Sukkubusreich, viewing it is his
responsibility no matter how he felt about his people. This action has
cemented him in their eyes as a protector and a worthy representative.

| Andro Garuda Serpentine | The Representative of the Schlangenvolk is infamous bad boy and
renowned kleptomaniac Andro Garuda, also known as the “Pitlord”.
Andrew has a reputation for his extreme rebelliousness and overall
distaste for authority, a relatively uncommon trade in such a high-ranking
government official, however he is extremely popular with his tribe and
was selected to be their representative. Andrew is known for having a bit
of a habit of stealing items from people just to prove that he can,
something which has generally annoyed his compatriots, although his
surprising charisma has allowed him to smooth over these incidents as
mere pranks and not necessarily actual attempts of theft. |

| Clien Garuda Harpy | Clien Garuda is the half brother of Andro Garuda and the Representative
of the Harpyienvolk, unlike his brash and rebellious older brother Klein is a
diplomatic charming and reasonable politician who works hard to represent
the interests of his people, zealously advocating on behalf of the farmers
of Harpiengrad. He’s extremely pro business and pro industrialization
which has actually led to some conflict with certain other members of the
Bundestag and Reichsbundesrat, but his beliefs come from a genuine
place of care for his people so it is difficult for even his enemies to hold it
against him. |

| Insektengott Insectoid | The Representative of the Insektenmenschen Insektengott is at once the
best and worst of the insectoid race in one individual. He is ruthless,
ambitious, and cunning, but also a great patriot and a true believer of the
imperial cause. Insektengott rose to prominence within the
Insektenmenschen tribe very recently for his radical ideas of imperial
dominance. He has since toned down his more extreme ideas instead
focusing on more realistic goals but he is one of the most expansionist
voices within the entire empire. |

| Rebecca Slimina Slime | The Representative of the Schleimmensch Rebecca Slimina is it kindly
woman whose advocacy focuses very generally on the people of the
Sacred Springs. Like most other Slimes within the government she is
an environmentalist advocate but unlike most of her comrades she is
more open to industrialization, viewing it as a way to improve the lives
of the citizenry including her fellow slimes. This has led to minor
amount of attention between her and her fellows although her kindness
and relaxed approach to diplomacy means that she is still very accepted by them. |

effectiveness in running the colony has earned him a great
deal of respect and adoration from the colonists. He views the
other colonial governors as lunatics and fools and does not

| Lucis Petanic Fay | Lucis Petanic is the Fay governor of North Leviatheagle and a
rather controversial figure. Originally he was an Archbishop of
the Eliadic Cult but he was reassigned to become the governor
of the newly founded North Leviatheagle after falling from favor
due to a heretical doctrine he had been preaching. The position
was supposed to be a punishment but under Lucis’ surprising
leadership The colony rapidly expanded and developed, soon
becoming the most economically powerful and important of all of
the western Terren colonies. |
Governor of Ulban |
| Rex Ulban Human | Rex Ulban is the man who came from the humblest of beginnings
but managed to rise up to the position of colonial governor of a
colony named after him. A minor Herren noble whose family had
squandered their wealth, Rex lived in abject poverty for the majority
of his life however upon learning of the emperors intention to create
colonies in the west Rex would volunteer himself to become one of
their first pioneers. Whilst on the island Rex would prove himself in
able and capable leader who is able to inspire his fellow colonists into
making a legitimate colony. Very soon he had become clear to all that
Rex Ulban would become the perfect governor, and thus the emperor
chose him. |
Governor of the Grail Lands |
| Helen Dzheyms Human | Helen Dzheyms is the Ruthless and determined governor of the Grail
Lands colony. The Grail Lands have always been the most unstable of
the Terren colonies home to a variety of pirates, rebels, bandits and
other disreputable figures. Helen Dzheyms finds herself in a constant
war with these unruly figures and has developed a reputation for being
ruthless and sadistic to the point of near mania in her persecution of
these forces. When confronted about her methods however Helen argues
that without her the Grail Lands would have fallen long ago, and she will
continue to do what is necessary to keep order.

| Athourita Succov Verführerin | Athourita Succov is the prideful and arrogant governor of Bogontona. She
is a hard-handed ruler Who seeks to continuously exploit the resources of
her colony much to the chagrin of many of her compatriots. Her methods
of resource extraction were so extreme that the colonists within her dominion
had to actually impose their own counter measurements to her authority to
ensure that the isle of Bogontona would not be utterly destroyed. |

| Halston Semka Human | The hulking Governor of Helvetii is none other than Halston Dzhaggernaut.
Halston is a wild man who thrives in his brutal and dangerous colony. He’s
famed for his love of combat and his desire to prove his extreme physical
strength and thus he took to the role of Governor of Helvetti very well, quickly
earning the respect of all of the legionary camps which were already beginning
to be established there. Halston is short tempered but honest and true and
there is no one better to have your back in the dangerous outback of Helvetii. |

| Balthasar Vladimir Serpentine | Balthasar Vladimir is a mysterious figure within the Terren military. He is a man of
few words, yet he competent commander who has led his forces to numerous
victories within the deserts of Sabafia against numerous orc incursions. Due to his
mysterious nature rumors often float around his true nature. In truth he is a
Serpentine who was exiled from his homeland many years ago for unclear reasons.
The form most are familiar with is merely an illusion, for his true form is that of a
great reptilian beast.

| Saddler Simcoe Insectoid | General Saddler Simcoe is an intelligent and calculating man who spends much of
his time carefully planning every strategic move he makes and anticipating the
moves of his enemies. He’s extremely dangerous and knows how to manipulate and
control the field of battle to suit his aims. He is charismatic to his troops but violent
and sadistic to his enemies and he can sometimes get carried away in the heat of
battle ignoring his own carefully laid plans. He is fiercely patriotic to the Terren cause
and views himself as an instrument of progress believing that he commits evil so that
others and Terren do not have to.

| Morrigan Verführerin | General Morrigan is a mysterious and ruthless figure. Many who first meet the general
mistake her for being an outgoing but innocent girl. Enemies who make this mistake
tend to find that it is their last. General Morrigan is playfully sadistic enjoying manipulating
her enemies into critically weakening themselves before she steps in with her forces
and utterly annihilates them. She is known for a violent temper and a tendency to not
think things through which has casually lead to other generals having to step in to save
her and her army from destruction when they pick a fight that they cannot win, with the
general herself always insisting that she had it under control.

| El Savas Human | General El Savas is the Forge-Master General of all of Terren. He is famed for his ability to
create incredibly complex and powerful weapons and artifacts and those serving under him
are often awarded his legendary creations as tokens of thanks for their good service. He is
a relatively friendly man and enjoys spending time with the lower ranking officers of his
army not wishing to become too distant from them. His success is often carried by the specially
equipped troops he leads and his efforts to improve his forge craft never cease. He has a close
personal bond with the Warmaster himself, as the two of them are childhood friends. |

| Cain Northmann Human | General Cain Northmann is famed for two things, He’s incredible ice magic and his
immeasurable charisma. Unlike most generals of Terren Cain Northmann actually
attended one of the Universitäten für Magie and is a relatively skilled elementalist spellcaster.
But this has never been his claim to fame for general Northmann‘s greatest ability is his
incredible charisma. He is said to be able to turn even the most craven man into a hero simply
by speaking with them and calling on them to rally. He is popular amongst the common people
as well and many view him as the face of the army. General Northmann himself is relatively
humble however and prefers to stay out of the spotlight viewing it is distasteful for a general to

| John Pilate Human | General John Pilate is a resolute and unyielding man who’s mere presence and sheer
determination resonates deeply with the man under his command. General Pilate was born into
a relatively simple and poor family but from a young age he displayed exceptional resilience to
physical harm, being so surprisingly impervious to harm that he attracted the attention of a
local garrison captain who began to train the young boy in combat. It was discovered that
Pilate was naturally blessed by the Earth Goddess to have skin as hard as rock. General Pilate
would actually meet Luka during the founding days of the empire and would become close
friends with him. When the empire formed emperor Luka asked general Pilate to serve as one
of his generals, an offer which Pilate quickly took up.

| Akira Sumindiea Human | General Akira Sumindiea is the oldest general within the Terren military and is a man
who possesses a rugged appearance, with weathered features and piercing eyes that betray
his steely resolve. His body bears the scars of countless battles, a testament to his years of
service and combat experience. Despite his grizzled exterior, there is a light to his gaze
that hints at the true man which lurks beneath his dower countenance. Whilst on the field of
battle and before his men he is hard as a rock, but when in the company of friends and family
the general displays a surprising kindness and humor which would shock his men if they ever
saw it. |

| Alania von Durgnchaf Human | General Alania von Durgnchaf is one of Luka‘s longest and closest friends. They grew
up together, adventured together, and battled against the Terminus Mists together. Although
many focus on Luka Alania has been there since the start fighting on to support him and
serving as one of his closest allies. Unbeknownst to the emperor but well known to basically
everyone else Alania has been harboring a secret crush on Luka since well into their childhood
days, and some of her men joke, out of earshot, that the reason she’s so effective on the
battlefield is that she’s taking out her anger at the Emperors apparent disinteresting her as a
potential romantic partner. |

| Matthew Harrance Human | Matthew Harrance is the esteemed Admiral of the Chorhaltov Fleets and the
de facto leader of the Imperial Navy. He is well known for his adherence to
tradition and his harsh punishments for disorderly conduct or disobedience,
even among high-ranking officers up to and including his fellow lord
admirals! Yet despite this extreme adherence to discipline admiral Matthew is
well liked amongst his men and the people for he has an unspoken aura of
authority which quietly instills confidence and loyalty within his men and fellow officers. |
Admiral of the Northern Fleets |
| Yannik Copperwell Human | The Admiral of the Northern Fleets is Lord Admiral Yannik Copperwell. He can
be viewed as the complete opposite of Admiral Matthew. He is rather
infamous for disobeying orders and rushing his fleets headlong into combat
without the permission or sometimes even the knowledge of his fellow
admirals. Despite this habit of insubordination and occasional battle lust he is
highly regarded for his continued success in battling the northern raiders, for
it is his fleets that stand against the raiding parties which pour down from
the north, and it is his aggressive brilliance which contributes to his long list
of victories. The admiral himself has actually lost both of his arms in his fight
against the Raiders having them replaced with metal claw hands constructed
by Dr. Promnestatesen. |
Admiral of the Southern Fleets |
| Maximus Blackline Human | Maximus Blackline is the Lord Admiral of the Southern Fleets and a truly unique
sight to behold. Admiral Black line has a larger than life personality and an
undeniable swagger of confidence which naturally inspires confidence in his
men. He is greedy and known to order his men into boarding actions in order to
loot the ships of his enemies and capture pirates. Some have even claimed that
he is no better than a pirate although, admiral Blackline simply laughs at these
accusations saying, “It’s war baby whatcha gonna do?” Despite appearances and
outward presentation he is also a philosopher of sorts and beneath his boisterous
laughter and Scallywag swagger, lies a surprisingly intelligent and insightful man
who is able to pick apart aspects of the livings condition with surprising intricacy
and nuance. |
Admiral of the Eastern Fleets |
| Yuri Stankovich Karibdi | Lord Admiral of the Eastern Fleets Yuri Stankovich is a fascinatingly polarizing
figure. As a Karibdi Yuri has chosen to remain in his semi-monstrous form at all
times which often has the effect of unnerving and disturbing all those who look
upon him. However he has an incredibly excellent singing voice and he is known
to sing oppressive shanties which could be heard by almost every ship within his
fleet. As Lord Admiral of the Eastern Fleets, Admiral Yuri often finds himself not
having much to do, and thus he will take small fleet attachments and explore the
various channels and seas found east of Terren. These explorations have turned
up a surprising amount of treasure and wealth which I know you’re he has
dutifully deposited into the imperial treasury, after taking a cut for himself and
his men of course. |
Admiral of the Western Fleets |
| Pandora Dorovich Slime | Pandora Dorovich is the Lord Admiral of the Western Fleets and thus it falls
under her responsibility to protect the vast majority of the imperial colonies.
Her fleets are often stretched far and wide in order to cover the massive
amount of territory they need to protect all of Terrens many colonial holdings.
In order to make this task a bit easier Pandora Dorovich has mastered the art
of duplicating herself, thanks to her slime nature. As such every fleet
detachment within the western fleet will have a clone of Admiral Pandora on
board directing operations and communicating with the rest of the fleet even
over incredibly large distances. In order to sustain this however each of her
clones require a large amount of food, which has led to a relatively humorous
rumor among the Navy that the western fleet requires more rations then all
the other fleets combined, a rumor which Pandora herself vehemently denies. |
