Miyako Rin quickly made an impression on Luka who swiftly appointed her to the position. Her skill and determination have allowed the public transportation network of Terren to expand rapidly. |

Since then Septimus has proven himself to be a competent and well-liked figure, maintaining order among the large egos of the High Lords. He holds a deep and personal bond with the other house heads of the Hoftag, even swearing a blood oath with them. Septimus is also a hopeless romantic.

Rumors abound as to her origin, some claiming she is a refugee from one of the far eastern Kingdoms, others claim she is the mother of all beastmen, while, others believe she is an evil spirt who has taken physical form. Whatever the truth is, two things are certain, Daji is incredibly old, and incredibly powerful and Emperor Luka appears to be the only one who can keep control of this wily and manipulative fox. |

| Meeresgöttin Sullivan Karibdi | Meeresgöttin Sullivan is the High Fleshcrafter of the Karibdi and overlord of the Terren Seas. She is a very effective ruler, and her mere presence is said to calm the waters around her. The Karibdi are an inquisitee and curious people and Meeresgöttin embodies this in full. She is a masterful biologist and scientist famed for creating mighty sea creatures and then determining what traits are most effective within them. She then adds their unique skills to her own and to her people. She is beloved by her people but feared by most others. |

| Lutrenda Bloodin Harpy | Lutrenda Bloodin is the Queen of the Harpies and a relatively odd member of House Bloodin. The majority of her family members are famed warriors, but Lutrenda is more of a pacifist, preferring to lead her people in infrastructure and agricultural projects rather than into battle. Her kindly nature and popular projects have thus far made her extremely popular not only with the harpies, but with most people within Terren, although the rest of her family still looks at her with suspicion. |

| Königin Spinne Insectoid | The Insectoids are a generally cruel and sadistic race and their Queen Königin Spinne is no different. She is extremely popular with the war-like Arachnids but her love of battle and her hard-handed tactics of ruling her people often alienates even other members of the Insectoid tribe. She is disliked by the other High Lords for her tyranny and ruthlessness but she is tolerated due to her fanatical loyalty to the empire. It is rumored that she is in love with Emperor Luka and is angleing herself to become Empress, but the truth is uncertain. |
Queen of the Slimes | | Cassandra Slimina Slime | Cassandra Slimina is the lighthearted and friendly queen of the Slimes. Like most of her kind, Cassandra is extremely amiable and friendly to those she meets, and is one of the most popular High Lords in Terren. But unlike her fellows she is not lazy in anyway. Queen Cassandra is normally on the forefront of the Empires environmental legislation pushing the rest of the Hoftag hard to adopt ecofriendly positions. |

Clever and diplomatic Altmann has worked hard to keep the Bundesrat as organized and effective as possible. |

Elias is a brilliant politician and a cunning strategist whose abilities are highly treasured by the emperor himself. Elias is often at the forefront of internal negotioations and has served as the mediator for several noble houses during their disputes. His skill and influence are immense and he harbors ambitions to become the Chairman of the Bundesrat. |

Since then he has become one of the few beraters to actively engage on the battlefield seeking to atone for his past mistake. |

His move into politics was unheard of, but his will had remained his own, even when soul bound to Luka, and he has thus far proved himself to be a competent and organized legislator. |

He was elected into the Reichsbundesrat to fill the thus far vacant seat of berater of the Forest. He is filled with youthful exuberance and is an extremely hyperactive man, and his ideas often need to be tempered by the more mature members of the Bundesrat. |

| Jäger P. Godurov Human | Jäger P. Godurov is the youngest son of Woden A. Godurov. He is famously handsome and charismatic and his ability to charm anyone he meets is legendary. He’s also an oddity among his family, as instead of focusing on politics like his father and older brother he instead focuses on the way of the sword becoming an expert swordsman and a very powerful combatant. His position within the Bundesrat is almost entirely his father‘s doing. He is close friends with chief architect Lloyd and serves as a moral counterbalance to Lloyd’s more questionable vices. |

| James Vargr Beastmen | James Vargr is the old and but boisterous berater of the beastmen. He’s loud, rowdy and larger than life, and when he speaks he often peppers his speech with insults and swears, and can be very sarcastic. He loves drinking and partying and is frequently seen inebriated. Despite this he is a loyal and steadfast man who has served as a moral anchor for the Bundesrat ever since its founding. |

She gave her position things to her immense power in combat however as although she is lazy and relaxed in court she is a completely different beast when in the sea, and many pirates have learned to fear the name Zenobia |

One should never ever underestimate her. She is friendly and amiable, yet she holds a surprising amount of ambition, ambition which she often covers up with her general mischievousness and relaxed demeanor. She is often the most powerful person in the room and knows it, and uses this unspoken power to her advantage. Although she is a member of the Bundesrat currently it is her ultimate desire to become one of the Elector Princes of Terren. |

| Dalinda Leviathan Serpentine | Dalinda Leviathan is a retired admiral from the Imperial Navy who has stepped into the position of berater for the serpents. She is a hotheaded and militaristic individual who frequently advocates on behalf of the Navy in the Bundesrat. To her the only thing that matters is ensuring that Terren's naval power is the greatest in the entire world. Although she has long since retired from the Navy she still occasionally shows up to terrorize new recruits. |

| Zafrina Bloodin Harpy | Zafrina Bloodin is the fearsome and powerful berater of the harpies. Unlike the peaceful and diplomatic queen of the Harpies, Zafrina is far more militaristic and warlike, and she is one of the warrior beraters, who actually engage in combat instead of simply legislating. She is extremely popular with the Warhawks and Blackwings, although her civilian comrades do not view her quite as favorably. But this matters little to her, for as long as she can continue fighting, she cares little for her position. |

His honorable reputation has also made him a lot of powerful friends among the Serpentines who tend to have a negative outlook on Insectoids. |

Her creativity has made her a prolific writer, and her romantic comedies are some of the best selling books in Terren. However she is also a zealous advocate for the people of Haltengeld and she is widely adored. |

He is a brash and impetuous youth Who holds aspirations not only to become overseer of the diet but to become emperor himself. Despite his rugged and frankly British appearance he is extremely politically savvy and spends a lot of his time studying politics and the art of ruling from both his father and the emperor himself. He believes in the importance of protecting the people as a leader and as such has made an excellent representative for the people of Sabafia. |

He’s an extremely laid-back man and lazy as pie really giving his input on most political issues and generally staying in the background. However he is a serviceable representative for the people of nostra and will occasionally rouse himself from his near permanent stupor to give a scathing piece of his mind to any who propose legislation he views as ridiculous or dangerous. However underneath his laziness lies a truly dangerous man who builds the ability to reshape anything he touches into anything else, the perfect form of alchemy. This power makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Bundestag and few would dare mess with him. |

The only drawback to disability is the fact that Balam himself cannot also tell a lie, not even by omission, and the square is a special mask which completely mutes him unless he explicitly desires to be heard. |

She has a childish personality which often conceals the true cunning that she possesses, and all members of the Bundestag have learned to be wary of her whenever she speaks. Despite this however she is an excellent representative as she not only represents her people's interests and beliefs to a tee but she also helps keep the atmosphere light and reminds everyone to not take themselves too seriously. |

| Amerati Akashi Beastmen | Amerati Akashi is the influential Representative of the Tiermenschen. She a brilliant politician, debating on the Bundestag floor by day, and working on a verity of schemes by night. Her influence over the realms of Terren is vast, and it is said that nothing happens in Terren without her knowledge. Her machinations are interwoven and complex, yet she is a firm believer in justice and close ally to the Lord High Inspector. One of her primary goals in life is to further secure the safety and longevity of the citizenry, often by expanding the power of the IPK, especially the Quaestor Order.

He is a goofy and lighthearted man who enjoys a long winded story and a good pun but it’s also an extremely apt and perceptive politician who knows how to work well with others and create compromises that everyone can live with. Many members of the Bundestag view him as a grandfather figure of sorts and he is greatly beloved by his fellow Karibdi. Unlike most Karibdi, Sergei is almost always within his human form as he believes it is the truest representation of who he is. |

| Asmodi Samael Incubus | Asmodi Samael is the relatively reluctant Representative of the Sukkubusreich. Despite being a demon himself he has been raised in Haltengeld for most of his life and views the majority of his kindred as self-centered and hedonistic fools, however the same cannot be said for the rest of his people how view him with extreme amounts of reverence and basically begged him to take the position of representative. This immense Loyalty and respect stems from the time when Asmodi personally stepped in to prevent a famine within the Sukkubusreich, viewing it is his responsibility no matter how he felt about his people. This action has cemented him in their eyes as a protector and a worthy representative.

| Andro Garuda Serpentine | The Representative of the Schlangenvolk is infamous bad boy and renowned kleptomaniac Andro Garuda, also known as the “Pitlord”. Andrew has a reputation for his extreme rebelliousness and overall distaste for authority, a relatively uncommon trade in such a high-ranking government official, however he is extremely popular with his tribe and was selected to be their representative. Andrew is known for having a bit of a habit of stealing items from people just to prove that he can, something which has generally annoyed his compatriots, although his surprising charisma has allowed him to smooth over these incidents as mere pranks and not necessarily actual attempts of theft. |

| Clien Garuda Harpy | Clien Garuda is the half brother of Andro Garuda and the Representative of the Harpyienvolk, unlike his brash and rebellious older brother Klein is a diplomatic charming and reasonable politician who works hard to represent the interests of his people, zealously advocating on behalf of the farmers of Harpiengrad. He’s extremely pro business and pro industrialization which has actually led to some conflict with certain other members of the Bundestag and Reichsbundesrat, but his beliefs come from a genuine place of care for his people so it is difficult for even his enemies to hold it against him. |

He is ruthless, ambitious, and cunning, but also a great patriot and a true believer of the imperial cause. Insektengott rose to prominence within the Insektenmenschen tribe very recently for his radical ideas of imperial dominance. He has since toned down his more extreme ideas instead focusing on more realistic goals but he is one of the most expansionist voices within the entire empire. |

Whilst on the island Rex would prove himself in able and capable leader who is able to inspire his fellow colonists into making a legitimate colony. Very soon he had become clear to all that Rex Ulban would become the perfect governor, and thus the emperor chose him. |

| Helen Dzheyms Human | Helen Dzheyms is the Ruthless and determined governor of the Grail Lands colony. The Grail Lands have always been the most unstable of the Terren colonies home to a variety of pirates, rebels, bandits and other disreputable figures. Helen Dzheyms finds herself in a constant war with these unruly figures and has developed a reputation for being ruthless and sadistic to the point of near mania in her persecution of these forces. When confronted about her methods however Helen argues that without her the Grail Lands would have fallen long ago, and she will continue to do what is necessary to keep order.

Enemies who make this mistake tend to find that it is their last. She is known for a violent temper and a tendency to not think things through which has casually lead to other generals having to step in to save her and her army from destruction when they pick a fight that they cannot win, with the general herself always insisting that she had it under control.

His success is often carried by the specially equipped troops he leads and his efforts to improve his forge craft never cease. He is said to be able to turn even the most craven man into a hero simply by speaking with them and calling on them to rally. He is popular amongst the common people as well and many view him as the face of the army. General Northmann himself is relatively humble however and prefers to stay out of the spotlight viewing it is distasteful for a general to take the credit for his armies successes, which of course has only increased his popularity. |

General Pilate was born into a relatively simple and poor family but from a young age he displayed exceptional resilience to physical harm, being so surprisingly impervious to harm that he attracted the attention of a local garrison captain who began to train the young boy in combat. It was discovered that Pilate was naturally blessed by the Earth Goddess to have skin as hard as rock. General Pilate would actually meet Luka during the founding days of the empire and would become close friends with him. When the empire formed emperor Luka asked general Pilate to serve as one of his generals, an offer which Pilate quickly took up.

Yet despite this extreme adherence to discipline admiral Matthew is well liked amongst his men and the people for he has an unspoken aura of authority which quietly instills confidence and loyalty within his men and fellow officers. |
Admiral of the Northern Fleets |
| Yannik Copperwell Human | The Admiral of the Northern Fleets is Lord Admiral Yannik Copperwell. He can be viewed as the complete opposite of Admiral Matthew. He is rather infamous for disobeying orders and rushing his fleets headlong into combat without the permission or sometimes even the knowledge of his fellow admirals. Despite this habit of insubordination and occasional battle lust he is highly regarded for his continued success in battling the northern raiders, for it is his fleets that stand against the raiding parties which pour down from the north, and it is his aggressive brilliance which contributes to his long list of victories. The admiral himself has actually lost both of his arms in his fight against the Raiders having them replaced with metal claw hands constructed by Dr. Promnestatesen. |
Admiral of the Southern Fleets |
| Maximus Blackline Human | Maximus Blackline is the Lord Admiral of the Southern Fleets and a truly unique sight to behold. Admiral Black line has a larger than life personality and an undeniable swagger of confidence which naturally inspires confidence in his men. He is greedy and known to order his men into boarding actions in order to loot the ships of his enemies and capture pirates. Some have even claimed that he is no better than a pirate although, admiral Blackline simply laughs at these accusations saying, “It’s war baby whatcha gonna do?” Despite appearances and outward presentation he is also a philosopher of sorts and beneath his boisterous laughter and Scallywag swagger, lies a surprisingly intelligent and insightful man who is able to pick apart aspects of the livings condition with surprising intricacy and nuance. |
Admiral of the Eastern Fleets |
| Yuri Stankovich Karibdi | Lord Admiral of the Eastern Fleets Yuri Stankovich is a fascinatingly polarizing figure. As a Karibdi Yuri has chosen to remain in his semi-monstrous form at all times which often has the effect of unnerving and disturbing all those who look upon him. However he has an incredibly excellent singing voice and he is known to sing oppressive shanties which could be heard by almost every ship within his fleet. As Lord Admiral of the Eastern Fleets, Admiral Yuri often finds himself not having much to do, and thus he will take small fleet attachments and explore the various channels and seas found east of Terren. These explorations have turned up a surprising amount of treasure and wealth which I know you’re he has dutifully deposited into the imperial treasury, after taking a cut for himself and his men of course. |

| Pandora Dorovich Slime | Pandora Dorovich is the Lord Admiral of the Western Fleets and thus it falls under her responsibility to protect the vast majority of the imperial colonies. Her fleets are often stretched far and wide in order to cover the massive amount of territory they need to protect all of Terrens many colonial holdings. In order to make this task a bit easier Pandora Dorovich has mastered the art of duplicating herself, thanks to her slime nature. As such every fleet detachment within the western fleet will have a clone of Admiral Pandora on board directing operations and communicating with the rest of the fleet even over incredibly large distances. In order to sustain this however each of her clones require a large amount of food, which has led to a relatively humorous rumor among the Navy that the western fleet requires more rations then all the other fleets combined, a rumor which Pandora herself vehemently denies. |
