GRR AIRFORCE
The Greater Ramrajyan Airforce is an independent branch of the Combined forces and is in charge of all Military Aircraft , with the exception of Naval aircraft. It is responsible for the air defense and Short-Long Range Offenses for GRR. They have the ability to not only defend , but also are responsible for the air support over the army in the field and independent operations.
Organisation of Airforce formations
1)Command (conduct military operations using aircraft within its area of responsibility)
2)Wings (It generally consists of two or three Airforce squadrons, helicopter units and forward base support units )
3)Stations (Smaller than wings, but similarly organised, stations are static units commanded by a group captain. A station typically has one wing and one or two squadrons assigned to it.)
4)Squadrons (Squadrons are the field units and formations attached to static locations. Usually has 18 jets)
5)Flight (Flights are sub-divisions of squadrons, commanded by a squadron leader. Each flight consists of two sections)
6)Section (The smallest unit is the section, led by a flight lieutenant. Each section consists of three aircraft.)
