This includes, but is not limited to, political speech or any form of public speech, private conversations, telecommunications, apparel, physical expression and/or demeanor. There shall also be no law barring a citizen's right to protest or assemble as they wish. If during a protest or assembly, a crime is committed, the civilian/s shall only be charged with the individual crimes committed during the protest and/or assembly, with no additional charge for "Rioting". As crimes committed during any form of protest or assembly are only the responsibility of the individuals who do such, there shall be no concept or punishment of "incitement" or causation.

Article II

Article III
The right of the individual citizen to bear arms shall not be infringed. This includes the right to own, possess, carry, and use firearms and other weapons for the purposes of self-defense, hunting, and recreation. No license, registration, or other restriction shall be imposed on the ownership or carrying of firearms. Explosives shall also be classified as arms, and shall have no restriction on ownership as long as the device cannot be classified as a Weapon of Mass Destruction, which includes but is not limited to, chemical weapons and biological weapons capable of mass death, and nuclear explosives. If a weapon falls under the mentioned categories, but is not capable of causing mass death and/or destruction, there shall be no law restricting citizens from possession of it.
